Reviews on Thai food in Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden. Often referred to as the Venice of the North, Stockholm never fails to wow both visitors and locals with its impressive cityscape spread over 14 different islands. While being the largest city in Scandinavia, it has successfully preserved its green core and struck the right balance between modern and traditional architecture, infused with luscious parks and forests. It's convenient to explore the central islands by foot, by bike, or as part of a boat tour; but don’t rush and do as the locals do: always save time for a fika (coffee and cake) in a local coffee shop.

Today, most small towns in Sweden have a Thai restaurant, every block in the big cities a take out.But all Swedes who traveled in Thailand must have long thought about where the original authentic Thai cuisine went. Here you have the chance to get close to reality, try massaman curry, eat sausages from northern Thailand and more. The fact that everything is served in tapas size makes it so much more entertaining in your excursion in salt, acid, heat and sweetness.Nice service, crowded tables, the optimal is if you are 3 eating guests then a portion of each dish suffices. However, have a little trouble for the sweet and sour sauce that is as common today as ketchup.Liberation with a Thai restaurant environment that is not decorated with Thai staples.

PONG Nybrogatan is located in the central parts of Stockholm at Nybrogatan, close to Ãstermalmstorg. We can say with good conscience that we have one of Sweden's best Asian buffets, which we serve during both lunch and dinner. Here you will find sushi, Th

Went to this restaurant after goggling some good places to eat in TA. Is a mixture of Japanese and Korean flavours. They have ramen, teppanyaki , bimbimbab ( Korean mixed rice ), sushi etc. Food was good and well presented. I ordered the Korean mixed rice with beef and the portion was huge. Good enough to share if you are a small eater. Coming from an Asian's perspective, I wouldn't say that the price is cheap but reasonably priced according to Sweden's standard. Service staff was very friendly too. Recommended if you are in the vinicity.

Farang was by far our favorite meal in Stockholm. The vibe was great (you have to make reservation or there is no way you're getting in) and the food was even better! We opted to pick and choose from the small plates because some people in our group were not ok with the pre-set menus. The particular items that stood out to us were the pork belly, pumpkin curry and chicken satay (unlike any I've ever eaten). However, we didn't have one dish that was not excellent. I truly don't think you can go wrong ordering anything. Also, would like to comment on their exceptional service. We called a few minutes prior to arriving to see if we could squeeze in two extra people and they made it work! Definitely go if in Stockholm!
