Family-owned and run, Mango Thai Tapas celebrates its 10 year anniversary in 2017! With three Mangos in Southampton, each with their own identity, here at Above Bar, you can enjoy Ko Phi Phi beach vibes with big palm murals and tropical bamboo hut roofs.
Visited with friends and ordered the shared menu which was absolutely lovely, loads of choice and plenty to eat. Definitely the best way to have a bit of everything on the menu if you canât choose what you want. Very good service from all the waiters and bar staff. Would recommend you book a table to avoid disappointment.

Thai with friends for food and fun! Thaikhun Southampton can be located in the dining quarter of West Quay. With a large outdoor terrace area to sit back and relax in the summer and lots of cosy nooks inside for the cooler months, there is plenty of space
Someone recommended this place to me. I ordered the crispy squid and the spring rolls to start. It was perfect. The food is really good, great service, nice ambience. No complaints really which is rare for me. Lovely lovely place; donât ever change please. I have a new favourite Thai place. Khop Khun Kha (thank you) Fleurparfaitfor taking the time to share your lovely review. We strive to deliver Ha Dao (5* service) and pride ourselves in serving Khun Kim's traditional Thai dishes, it is an honour to hear these were both highlights of your visit. I cannot wait to share your comments with the team and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind Regards, Thaikhun Southampton

My husband and I had a lovely meal here. The service was truly excellent from the moment we walked in. Friendly and incredibly attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. Beautifully presented. The one thing that lets it down is a slight lack of atmosphere/vibe. But the food quality and service definitely makes up for it.

Had fantastic Thai tapas, which was really flavoursome and authentic.Portion sizes were good and we had 5 dishes between the two of us, and then shared a dessert (espresso martini cheesecake).Service was good and although we hadnât booked, they managed to squeeze is in, and had a table for a couple of hours. It has been many years since enjoyed the flavours and variety of Thai dishes that we got here and if we lived closer, weâd be here very week!
