Had a meal with friends....went home had 2 rounds of toast! Starters was the beef tacos, the sauce was far to strong and I couldnât taste the beef. The tortillas were cold the whole thing just did not go well together. Ordered a Katsu curry, breadcrumbs definitely not panko the chicken had been battered so thin you could barley taste it was chicken. The sauce was runny and just tasted of a green curry powder!!Not much of an atmosphere in the restaurant. Strange space music playing in the background. I would not go back and not recommendSorry to hear that our restaurant did not meet your expectations. We would have appreciated if you had raised your concerns when you were at the restaurant and given us an opportunity to improve your dining experience. We use 100% panko breadcrumbs in our katsu chicken and no green curry. Regarding the tacos, this is our modern fusion take on the traditional Mexican dish, which involves marinated beef bulgogi Korean style. Apologies if our music was not to your expectations, we will work on this. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

My first time at this pub after a friends recommendation and what a lovely evening we had. Friendly Staff loved the fact that the pub had music played low in the background, nice being able to talk without having to shout very relaxing atmosphere food delicious would definately recommend it. very casual pub with lots of parking.

My parents and I visited on a Saturday evening and booked a table in advance. We were seated upstairs and the service was very friendly with there also being plenty of choice on the menu! We ordered a starter, main and rice each and the portions were very generous. Would definitely recommend and return again!

Wonderful fragrant and delicate food served by exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff.Very generous portions of outstanding food and will suit all palates as the heat and spice can be easily adjusted.Only one small caveat itâs very noisy and not great if you want to have a good conversation so we just let the food do the talking and it succeeded really well.Heartily recommended and will be returning to try out more from the varied menu

Went here about 10 days ago for a family meal out. Flavours lovely, we all enjoyed our starters and main course. The restaurant was quiet but a nice atmosphere. Definitely we will return.

Brought to the Thai Orchid by Friends whilst visiting from Wales, as soon as you walk in the door your greeted by very friendly staff, the restaurant is well lit, as spacious Llys set out as youâd wish, very comfortable seating fantastic ambiance, attentive servers and a menu to satisfy all, but then the food, absolutely delicious, as tasty as can be, hoped for a nice evening with nice food, had an awesome time with the nicest Thai food Iâve ever tasted, and had many a Thai meal, for sure our next visit this way will include a visit back at the Thai Orchid, 10/10 from start to finish.

I love this restaurant and am certainly not the only person to feel this way, judging by the full tables and happy faces! My meal was superb!We started off with money bags, small pastry cases filled with spicy flavours and coloured vegetables. We also chose Khanom Jeeb, delicious dumplings to die for! On the specials menu we chose âstreet foodâ a heavenly soup with spring onions, duck, noodles, etc. I cannot tell you how tasty this was and absolutely perfect for an evening meal. All in all a very satisfying dinner and we cannot wait to return!
