The restaurant seems to do better with take out orders as clearly they donât know what they are doing with customers in the restaurant. We ordered two cocktails, a lichee martini and a Caesar. My daughter after 20 mins did not get her Caesar and I had to ask several times if they are bringing her drink, finally she said we donât know how to make it - fine, itâs not a bar so let it go. When I drank my martini, at the bottom there was a big piece of broken class with the crushed ice - I showed them, they apologized. Finally our food came, it was fine but my local Thai place down the street is just as good. When the bill came, they actually charged me for the martini spiked with glass! Never coming back. I complained they said sorry we have to charge.

Very good service and atmosphere also all you can eat is an excellent option. We get a lot of dishes. We like the most of them. Except some spicy ones. Excellent options in the menus for every kind. Plus clean and tidy place. Good for kids.

Thai Senses, hidden from plain sight on the street is a win! Enter a soulful, whimsically decorated with a nod to its heritage space. Billowing sheers line windows, historical kitch dot shelves ... for a moment, one forgets they are in Oakville. The food is the real deal. Thai dishes, arrive one after the other - each one better than the last. Service is wonderful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Love this place either seated in the venue or on my sofa at home.

My wife and I have dined at Salad Thai many many times over the past years. Sean and his family who came here from Thailand and Laos cook outstanding authentic Thai dishes. Small and intimate, this is truly the best Thai food and value for money in Oakville. I cannot recommend it more strongly.

Arrived at 8:20 p.m. Saturday night. Family inside eating. People cleaning restaurant while family there (sweeping floors, etc.). Not the same folks I reviewed in 2015 with 5 stars. My review and others helped this place get a Trip Advisor certificate in 2016. Not one since. New owners? Or owners who have had too much success? Went significantly out of my way to come here to get a locked door and no one coming to the door even though they saw I was there. Not impressed.

The service was friendly but a little slow and sparse. No one ever checked on us except to take our order, put our meals down and take our money.The wait for the food was long and it was room temperature when we received it. It was very mediocre and plain tasting, the quality of the food, pork and shrimp in our cases, was not a great quality.The seats are dirty and the booth seat was concave and very uncomfortable.This place has seen much better days.First of All thank you Mr. John Armstrong for your Business and also for visiting us for many Years, We appreciate your Business.Secondly, I am not Sure how to Reply to your destructive criticism, Just like to say that in Last 10 Years we have never compromised our standard in cleanliness & Quality of Food.

You might think to avoid this place because of its location on Lakeshore, because you might assume that it's too expensive. It's not. Go in. The prices are right on par with any of the other Thai restaurants, maybe a fraction more expensive. However, I think that the food is also better, so it's worth it. You're not going to pay an arm and a leg for food here. Also, the atmosphere is very classy.The food is excellent. I'm sure the Pad Thai is fine (I've never had it) but do yourself a favour and try something you've never had before. It's all good (Panang Beef!).Have been here several times and will continue to eat here.

When you look from outside, a located at a Gas Station you could not imagine what a amazing surprise you would found. The food is excellent and the size of the plates are huge been able to serve two people easily.

Service: Guests are greeted fairly promptly when they enter, but then not necessarily seated right away. Wait service was just attentive enough.Décor: A mixture between sports bar and restaurant with plenty of wood accents, exposed brick, lots of booths and high tables, and of course the televisions. Food: Food is an interesting mixture of the usual bar type food such as burgers, pizza, steak, pasta, and fish and chips, and salads, but also a trek into Asian items such as a dynamite or spicy tuna roll, poke bowl, or beef noodle bowl. Presentation and flavours are generally good, and portion sizes also seem enough. Price: Pricing seems reasonable for what you get. Since the menu is fairly varied, there are a range of price options.Overall: A competent chain restaurant which serves a good variety of choices and seems a decent choice for an average meal, given that the food and service did not stand out over the crowd,

Loved tge restaurants setting. Brilliant customer service. Price on the higher end but absolutely worth it. Its basically all you can eat but you have to order and they will bring you your items. The lamb chops, chicken lettuce wrap, the fried and sweetnsour fish, crispy garlic calamari and not to mention their salmon skin rolls were just delectable! It was tasty, and all of their dishes had bold flavours. My favorite was their poulet general tao and fried prawns with their sweet honey dip. The beef ribs were ok. Definitely going back to try out their other dishes.
