Great place for a wedding, nicely laid out and very attractive. Service was good courteous staff, tasty treats, we had small bites not a meal but many folks were eating, well 'attended' a large facility. Has a children's play area.

About a year ago, this used to be an excellent restaurant and the Thai food really good. However, this have changed drastically since then. Last night, we took a group of business colleagues to Emerald Garden in Gigiri and we were nothing short of being totally embarrassed with how terrible the food was. The service was equally bad, despite there being about 10 waiters all hovering, none of them knew that they were doing and the food was brought out at different times with no explanation as to why. We ordered a variety of starters from the wings, dumplings, soup, all of which were totally tasteless. The main course was worse, the Thai curries, had nothing but corn starch and coloring to them and the phad thai was the worst phad thai we have ever eaten. It was thoroughly embarrassing to watch our guests cringe with how bad the food was. Please do not go to this restaurant, it is a total waste of money and you will be thoroughly disappointed.

A small piece of Thailand in Nairobi, Thai Chi has been awarded as the most authentic Thai restaurant in East Africa. With its traditional Thai decor and delectable Thai specialties prepared by experienced chefs from Thailand, Thai Chi is one of Nairobi's
Wonderful ambiance, great service, mediocre food, SUPER super small portion sizes, VERY expensive. Itâs an okay place. I donât think there are many (if any) Thai alternatives in Nairobi. But it is really very expensive for incredibly incredibly Incredibly small portion sizes. Additionally, for some wacky reason, they charge a 28% tax to all the menu items. Lived in Nairobi for years, never been to a restaurant in my life that does that.

Visited Thai Village with a craving for saucy, spicy noodles. I requested extra veggies and mild chili. My chicken dish was so flavorful and aromatic! The serving was generous, with the large bowl heaped to capacity.Being in the food court, service was quick. Highly recommended.
