Our favorite Thai take out restaurant closed a couple years ago and ever since then I've been on the hunt for a place that makes good Red Chicken Curry (native Thai spicy). Tried a couple near our home-- they were okay but nothing I'd rush back for. Having exhausted the options that were very close we decided to broaden our horizons and decided to look farther afield. I had eaten lunch at this place while visiting a client in the area and remembered it as pretty decent. We placed our order and drove out 20 minutes to get it. What a disappointment. The dish was like 95% undercooked vegetables. I had to comb through it to excavate what tiny shreds of flavorless chicken there were to try to satisfy my appetite. Sauce/broth was nondescript and barely had any kick at all. I tend to be a fairly forgiving diner-- but this was close to inedible. After I sifted through and ate the little shreds of chicken I pitched the rest of the dish (felt like there was a lb. of it) down the garbage disposal. Maybe they were just having a bad day in the kitchen but it would take a lot for me to give them another chance.

Fresh clean Asian food. The menu shows a mix of Thai, Japanese and Chinese. I didn't try the sushi. I'm surprised this place was busier! We had the Tom Yum soup, seafood dumplings(homemade for sure!) fried rice and pork belly udon. Definitely recommend. They also offer a spicy scale 1-5 which is helpful.

Great cuisine and good margaritas. The restaurant is located in one of the area's mostpleasant settings and is known for its delightful staff and superb cuisine. We have great food that is also afordable.
Arriving at the boring and predictable Holiday Inn Express at 9:15pm and knowing I had very little precious time to find a place to eat (starving) I checked with Trip Advisor to find that Katana was both well review and only 525 feet away according to Google Maps. Off I went. I drove, just in case it didn't look so good. It was nice looking inside and being alone I sat at the sushi bar. The chef and the staff told me that they had received an excellent piece of tuna that day - which the chef produced a photo of on his phone. So, I ordered a wonderful appetizer featuring sushi the chef recommended. So good. The staff was really quite nice and they had a wonderful Louis Martini Cab that was great with my meal. My waitress Candice was very charming and nobody rushed me even though they closed at 10. Go. You will be glad you did.
