Good Location, many others restaurant on neighborhood, only have one lady to take care of everything, serving, taking order, cashier, but she did her job very well. Looks small from the outside but it actually big restaurant, not fancy but clean. They also sells some Asians seasonings to go. They serve free delivery and food to go. I ordered Tum Yam Kung with prawns, pork or chicken can be order depends on what we want . I recommend for Asian food lovers to have lunch or dinner at Siam

I hate to say but the food here was awful - we had traditional Thai dishes from apps to dinner and the results were the same - noodles were horrible, rice was the worst ever and the chicken was made a long time ago and then reheated (very dry) - I would recommend going anywhere else - the service was also "not so much".
We couldn't get enough of Thai Express when we were in Fairbanks & North Pole!!! Yes, we even drove from North Pole just to have dinner there! In no time at all, you're presented with fresh beautiful thai food. Prices are reasonable. My husband is not a big fan of asian food, but once he had his first meal here, he was hooked!

Fairbanks offers some surprising dining options for a town of its size and remote location -- Tiparos Thai food is one of them. We were traveling as a family of 5 adults and since we all like Thai food, we stopped in Tiparos. Were we ever glad we did. The food was fantastic, and the service was quick and very friendly. Each of us had a different dish and all were delicious -- and the quantity of the servings was very generous. Highly recommend.... in fact, if these folks ever get tired of the winter cold in Fairbanks, they would be most welcome (and successful) in my hometown ;>)

Our visit to the Pad Thai Restaurant, located at 3400 College Road, almost to University Avenue, here in Fairbanks, Alaska, was, at best, a mixed-review. It borders on being a sweet-little-place, to a bit-of-a-mess. Parking is somewhat limited in the back. The outdoor seating area for nice weather alongside of the main building is, to put it mildy, more than a tad cluttered. The food. Now we are at the nubbin of this review. Food? We wanted to sit inside and eat. We did not want a take-out order. Our party of four were not able to get any food to enjoy within the restaurant. The rest of the story. We are staying at Billie's Backpackers Hostel just up College Road from the Pad Thai Restaurant. We heard great things here at Billie's about it so off we went. We got there at (count them here) eight minutes past 9PM (9:08PM). Got it? The sign (I have a photo of it attached) showing their hours indicates they are open until 9:30PM. We were told " We close at 9:30PM." and were not served.Go figure. So if you want to eat here, if you woulld like to dine-in, I suggest that you go early.

The Noodle House Drunken Noodles is fabulous. It is my favorite Thai dish and I eat it at all the Thai Restaurants! The Noodle House has big thick homemade rice noodles in this dish with lots of vegetables and I always get tofu. It is a bit hidden downtown, but easy to walk to.

Had lunch here last week while visiting in Fairbanks. The food tasted incredible. The pricing was quite reasonable, and especially so given the typically higher prices in Alaska. The serving staff was extremely attentive. The decor added to the experience. I'd definitely eat here again.

Iâd read the reviews on Trip advisor &though it would be good. Big disappointment, food was over cooked and tasteless. Pad Thai overly greasy, service reasonable, atmosphere busy. I donât understand how this place gets the ratings it does. I hate writing poor reviews.

Wow!! Exceptional authentic Thai cuisine. Best Pad Athai Ive had in 15 years and Ive had many in that time. Fabulous cucumber dipping sauce. Brown rice was a pleasant but unexpected option. Service was super greatful, attentive and friendly. This is THE place to go even if you have to wait patiently for a table and worth every cent.
