Things to do in Cobham
The hardest part is just picking your choice from the great variety on offer. Good price for tasty noodle box too although the prawn crackers weren't great - just OK (and too pricey)!I had the red Thai curry on noodles and it was absolutely delicious. As good as a Thai curry in a posh restaurant yet served at a motorway service station! Will definitely have more from them. Such a nice change from the usual burger fayre...

Outstandingly good and authentic Thai food. Fairly extensive menu. Good value. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Living in the area made me think that Giggling Squid would fit in really well. We also wanted a good local Thai restaurant that we could eat in! Before this building became a Giggling Squid, I used to take my son for tea here after his swimming class. How
Entered the restaurant as a solo diner after a 12 hour shift, hungry, tired and looking forward to trying a new eatery. Was told that they need the table back in 90 minutes, which was absolutely fine. Ordered the âspecial offerâ of three starters and asked for a main or pad thai. After the starters arrived, and were eaten, I sat waiting for 20 minutes for the main until was asked if I wanted a tea of coffee and reminded there was a time limit on the table. I told the waiter that they had clearly forgotten my main course. She asked if the waiter had read my order back to me and I had agreed it - was this somehow suggesting it was my fault as I had t reconfirmed my menu choice ?! I asked for the service charge to be removed and left, still a bit hungry and with a generally ârushedâ feeling. They were also clearly training up many new young waiters - totally fine, we all have to learn, and no problem with this, but the waitress also alluded to âas you can see we are training staff this eveningâ as if that excused my forgotten main! One of the young male trainees needs to be advised that standing right next to a diners table doing gym-stretches and calf / quads stretches is not appropriate. Sadly, I wonât be back. Dear Martyn,I am sorry to hear that your recent experience with us was not a positive one.Can I ask that you contact me directly at [email protected] to enable me to look into this further? Please quote ref 11127 in your response.Kind regardsSimon

This is a long standing restaurant in Weybridge and the food is consistently good. We had dinner here and both the chicken satay starter plus the mains of sweet & sour chicken and spicy seabags were very good. They have started to charge for prawn crackers which seems a bit stingy and I'm sure the prices have gone up since we were last here. Service is good.

So pleased we found this lovely restaurant. We have been dining there once a week and each time , we have come away satiated with delicious food. The restaurant is small and tables are set slightly close together . We tend to visit on less busy days eg Wednesdays or Sundays. The Thai duck red curry and the green prawn curries are mouth watering as the morning glory and stir fried veggies with cashew nuts. The starter of sea bass in lettuce leaves with typical Thai aromatic flavours is also our favourite. You can see from my photos that we have dug into the food with great anticipation and hence forgot to take photos before eating away !Although it is a small family run restaurant , the food has always arrived very promptly. We look forward to our visit again next week. Well done and many thanks to Hansa and all the staff.

A pub with a long standing history on the edge of Leatherhead, which caters for customers for drinking only in a large area on the LHS of the pub. It also offers a very good eating area with an exceptional menu of Thai food which is served promptly, reasonable priced and you are guaranteed to being full when the time come to leave. There is good bar area with a good selection of beers and drinks. All the staff are very friendly, and I visit 3/4 times a year
