My wife and I were in Buffalo to visit our daughter and to see our four grandkids. Our 8 year old granddaughter was playing basketball and we wanted to see her progress. But first dinner. Our daughter chose this place because she knew everyone could find something to eat. She was right. The black rice California Roll was a highlight for me. Very tasty. The volcano appetizer was also quite good. I did not care much for the Burmese chicken curry. I thought it was rather surprisingly bland. My wife had the seafood fried rice and she was fully thrilled with it. Nothing was bad, just average food. Glad we tried it though.

Vietnamese & Thai food
The service is attentive, and the decor is pleasant. I find the wine list to be expertly organized. The salmon dish is excellent--well flavored and accompanied by crunchy vegetables. The noodle dishes are finely prepared. This s one of my favorite restaurants in Buffalo.

One of my favorite places to eat in the Elmwood Village! Take out or dine in, you won't be disappointed. If you want noodles I love the House Noodles, and the Noodle Soup (and they are not kidding when they say big bowl!) is perfect on a cold day. The Poh Peah Tod Veggie fried rolls are addictive (and small). The Musamun curry is also one of my favorites. All entrees are customizable to your preference of spice level, and protein (veggie, tofu, shrimp, chicken, beef). I'm personally not a fan of the salads, they are interesting just not my favorite. When you dine in the atmosphere is lovely, staff is friendly, and attention is paid to details - down to the fun platting! Portions are large, and I usually have enough left over for lunch the next day. Parking can be tricky, be prepared to walk and climb stairs.
