Everything was perfect.I guess Simon; senior sushi chef, is the best sushi chef ever.He served every order perfectly that we asked particularly even though it was really busy time.We really enjoyed here.

In the traditional style of Benihana this restaurant serves Teppan in the traditional style. With a flourish and drama the flaming onion volcano is always a cross pleaser. Hi chef cooked everything perfectly the vegetables run Dente scallops were juicy and not tough. My steak was well-marbled, and served in my case rare, was excellent. Definitely a place for a celebration

Was visiting my family and my son, granddaughter and I went here for lunch. Everything was very fresh and very tasty. Lots of different things to choose from and sauces to use. I didn't quite understand the way the menu works so ask for an explanation.

I went to this restaurant early on, and I'm stunned that it is still open and thriving. I found the meals I had were certainly edible and reasonably well prepared, but were pedestrian. I've had better sushi. I've had better sashimi, and traditional cooked Japanese dinners. Cost is slightly above average. I far prefer Sushi Oaks, Minato, Tomodachi (NP, WLV and especially SV---none are related by ownership, I don't believe) and the Japanese restaurant in Dos Vientos in its shopping center, if it's still there. I was last there over a year ago. Sushi Yusho is average. You may well like it. But it doesn't represent the pinnacle of what is available in Thousand Oaks.

We had dinner several times at Thousand Wok and were always delighted at the fantastic food. The Pho has just great taste - not greasy or salty like a lot of noodle soups but crisp, fresh and flavorful. My cousin ordered tofu and eggplant in garlic sauce I, not a fan of either, kept eating off her plate. The pot stickers are great, salty calamari... everything - fresh, flavorful, delicious and wonderfully priced in a relaxed atmosphere. They also have great beer on tap and in bottles. Highly recommend for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

Great bistro that offers an eclectic array of Asian inspired cuisine. Large portions, fresh ingredients, and great service are all part of the charm of this restaurant. I had the Green Papaya salad with tofu and it was excellent. Several options for vegetarian eaters. Dumplings were great, soups and salads were huge. Great spot for a business lunch.

We've been coming here for years..sushi is really fresh and good. It's really hard to try any other place for sushi as it's difficult to beat Sushi Oaks. Service could be a little more attentive and it's busy on the weekend nights so that is some of the problem. However, tonight they had plenty of waitresses and service still could have been better. The kitchen is SO busy with only 3 guys so that's understandable and well worth the great food! Corkage is around 10.00 if you take your own wine so that is good as well.

We went for Dinner and had the most delightful appetizers. We ordered several apps and two rolls the rolls were good (although the Mexican roll was beyond spicy) The baked Mussels were the best I've had! Great wait staff and lovely atmosphere.
