We stumbled upon this place walking Dow the street. The decor was really nice and the service was very friendly and attentive. However, the food was slightly disappointing. The sushi was good and tasted fresh but the rice was a bit soggy. The tempura and cold noodles was ok but the katsudon was really bad, soggy outside and really tough and chewy pork meat inside. The miso soup tasted weird. If you are going, I would stick to sushi.

Good food , a bit of everything . If it was just for sushi I would go somewhere else but a nice quiet place with a friendly service to have an overview of Japan

Very fresh food, sushis prepared on demand by a wonderfull Japanese Chef so fascinated by his job (you can see the passion in his eyes when he talks about food, even if you do not understand japanese ...), , after an intoxication (with sushi) a few years

Googled to find a sushi place nearby and was so excited. Had been traveling areas without sushi for a while. For some reason this cafe came up, rather than the other sushi places close to serendipity who actually are closer to my guesthouse. Anyhow! I set off in the heat and started walking. This place is a fair bit up from the roundabout mind you, if you are going on foot. The sun was harsh, but in the cafe (restaurant) you were given a cold towel. They also have ac. Lovely. The menu is alright, to my despair they didn't have tiramisu on the menu though.Ordered a large set, luckily. I was famished. The large set was not very large. The fish didn't have the freshest of tastes, I think the fish perhaps had been frozen. The rolls were tiny. None of the food tasted fresh. I was very disappointed and still hungry. When I reached for the menu to order more food the manager promptly told me that the kitchen closed 2.05 pm (I tried to order around 2.10) Ahwell. The food was also overpriced. The restaurant is pretty small, but they have 3-4 girls working, one waitress stood next to me the entire time as I was looking through the menu, stressful. They were hovering a lot and more or less stared at me the whole time I was eating. Could be because they wanted to close and bless their socks, they probably didn't mean anything bad with it. T'was pretty annoying for me though as I was eating alone. All and all, I wouldn't recommend this place.
