Chez Chu is a vietnamese/japanese restaurant in La Bouilladisse. To find a parking space is really difficult. Apart from that, what a good surpise!! The fried starters were outstanding!! You could really taste the freshness of the gamba in the nem! I never had this experience before in a asian restaurant. The canard laqué was very good as well. The prices are a bit expensive, but are justified by the freshness of the products!! Highly recommended (if you arrive to park your car, that is)

They serve good and fresh sushi with friendly service. However, the restaurant only has 3 tables, so our converstation could easily be overheard. There is also no toilet, if needed you have to visit a restaurant nearby. Felt a little awkward.

Went there with colleagues and then came back for late take-away. Great service, wide range of Sushi and other Japanese delicacies, at affordable price (if you live in France).Will go back for more next time.
