Been around for years in Park City but still off the beaten path of Main Street. Very good variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Great deals during the off ski season with half-price rolls. Friendly and good service.

Tonight we ate at Sushi Blue for the first time in quite a while. While my wife likes Asian food more than I, I must acknowledge that the food was very good and the service provided by Heather, who only recently began, was outstanding.Thank you very much for such a great review! We work hard to offer the best food and service in the best possible environment, so we are happy to see that reflected on your last visit. We made sure that Heather got the recognition she deserves. She was really happy to see your review. Hope to see you again soon!

I have reviewed this restaurant in the past. Having eaten here 5 times in the last 3 years I have yet to have a disappointing experience. If you require your sushi restaurant to have a glamorous eating area, this place may not be for you. But if you are after excellent quality fish, generous portions and clean tasting rolls check them out. This place has a solid spot in my top five.

Fresh fresh! Fademe the sushi chef has been there 10 years! So friendly and even made a special roll for us. This is going to be our go to place for Park City sushi. Average ambiance, small place but 12 seats at the sushi bar and two TVs playing College football no sound. My husband was very happy. Love this place!

I eat here quite often when I'm in Park City. They have great food and they are very consistent with the quality of service and taste of food. I had the Mongolian Beef this time and it was very good. I added extra green onions which I think makes Mongolian Beef very good. The Generals chicken is a great dish as well. I haven't had a bad meal here. It's always fairly busy which tells you something. The service is always great. They always seat you immediately and they will have you your choice of soup immediately. It's a very clean place with clean bathrooms.

Blind Dog's menu has a little something for everyone including soups & salads, fresh fish, oysters, red meat, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, their famous mac and cheese and of course, their raw bar. A former lumber company, the gorgeous interio
From the moment I walked in I knew I would like this place. Vibrant atmosphere, great bar, interesting people, and very friendly bar staff. I had the miso soup and the âdreamloafâ â a meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, and creamed spinach. It was so good, the best meatloaf I have had in a long time. I wished the wines-by-the-glass list was more diverse â the list of reds was short and mainly West Coast. No French, Spanish, or Italian wines by the glass. Nonetheless, a great dining experience. Thanks Ron for letting us know about your visit! The Dreamloaf is a local favorite and the creamed spinach is my grandfather's recipe. Our wines by the Glass program is a bit scaled down in the Summer months. I do admit we are very American Wine heavy. With California and Washington so close it is hard not represent them. We will have to try harder in the European selections. Thanks Again!

I visited here a few years ago and was disappointed. Well, the restaurant is consistent because I was, once again, disappointed. The miso soup was so loaded with salt that everyone returned it, but it still appeared on the bill (unforgivable). Almost, everyone has their main course redone in some fashion because it was prepared incorrectly. And, we were only the 2nd table occupied. I donât think Iâll go back again. The only good new is that the patio is dog friendly.

We loved the meal here - great flavors and lots of variety esp for vegetarians. Our kids (ages 12 and 9) enjoyed it was well. My husband had the wagyu on hot rocks and the yellow tail. The shishito peppers were a perfect app as well as the salad. I had the coconut tofu which was served w tasty stir fried veggies. Definitely try it - just know the place is small and packed. Make reservations.

Classic sushi restaurant with both traditional and cutting edge, Japanese inspired small plates perfect for sharing. The restaurant will be closed until May 24th 2018.
The sushi rolls are so delicious! Our favorites were the standard shrimp tempura roll, the Mr. Miyagi and Bruce Lee rolls rock! Runners up were the executive and green hornet rolls. I forget which of the last two has citrus flavor but it seemed a bit overpowering in the roll. Overall fantastic dinner!!
