We spoke with the reception/cashier woman about what to have as my wife is particular about certain elements of Chinese food. She said she would only have the vegetables we wanted and none of the vegetables we didn't like put into our meal. Either she misunderstood or the kitchen messed up as one vegetable she hates was present in large quantities. The sauce was boring. Thank goodness they included soy sauce. The eggrolls were okay, not great, but not bad. It might have been better if we ate there. It is not a typical Chinese restaurant. The koi pond with turtles was almost empty the day we visited.

W've been to Wasabi several times over the past couple of years, about every couple of months. During our first several visits, we thought the food was really good; however, the past 3 times, it has not been as good. The wine I ordered was not cold at all and warm enough to have come straight off the shelf and never in a cooler. The service has been really good. The prices are relatively cheap. I think we are going to take a break from it for a while and see if it improves.

This isn't really a restaurant so to speak. They do have sushi if you're into that. My husband says it's excellent, and you can watch it being prepared while you wait. They also typically have 3 varieties of cheesecake that vary from week to week. I can personally vouch for the cheesecake--it's amazing! Eighth & Rail is a place to hang out and listen to live music while trying out a few craft beers. I do wish they had a few more food items available (even pretzels, popcorn, or peanuts...simply just to go with the beer).

Be very aware that Mandarin House comes with a pedigreed past. It is now but a shell of its former self. You may experience cold food, sour soup that's sour for the wrong reasons, and just in general, poor quality, right down to the service. When Mandarin House is 'hot', its 'hot' but those times are few and far between these days. Take a chance if you dare!

A lot of food choices, Sushi was minimal, Hibachi Grill had fair amount of choices.One bad thing, and you find this quite often in these restaurants, owners children were playing close by, even with a VOLLEYBALL-Bouncing and throwing in the air. I thought that was a bit much! On my way out they were playing with the ball outside and ran right out in front of a car when they missed the ball with no regard to anyone but themselves.
