I eat here frequently. Its small and cozy. Busy during peak lunch and dinner hours but thats no surprise considering the quality of the food. The people are friendly, the service is good and the price is right with less expensive lunch specials. Lots of menu choices and take out available if your in a hurry.

Have been frequenting this unpretentious Japanese sushi restaurant for years. It is our goto restaurant. The owners and staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. The sushi and sashimi are fresh, tasty and copious. We come here at least once a week. It is located outside the Hong Kong market.

Three of us shared the edamame, the fried chicken which was delicious and a crab with seaweed and wasabi sauce dish that was extraordinary. Then we each had sushi which was good but standard. Atmosphere was nice with large booths that are private and small tables that are sort of out in the open area.

With the abrupt closing of the Old Town Buffet, we needed a quick replacement for dinner since we were meeting with friends. Since this was only down the road, we decided to give it a try. Lots of choices, but the food is not replaced or turned over very frequently leaving empty serving dishes. The food is also in some very random pattern. The peeled shrimp were over on the dessert table and french fries are next to Chinese dishes, pizza next to some other Chinese dish, etc. The chicken on a stick was yummy but some of the other dishes looked dull and unappetizing. By the time I went to have dessert, there was no more watermelon and no more of some other desserts. There is sushi, but it's over on the side, on a tray on some ice with no one tending that station. It's just kind of there. The ice cream for dessert are hard to serve ...and not even any syrup or "something" to put on the top. The young server had to dig our ice cream out so we could even get some. Have been to many Chinese buffets before and this one just needs some fine tuning to get it up to par. They did have a senior discount.
