I would return. I was skeptical the first time I tried this place because generally when a restaurant has sushi and General Gau's chicken, it's not a good sign. However, I have to say that this place does both sushi and familiar Chinese favorites pretty well. Nice clean decor, service is adequate. Good if you have a group to please or if you want a little of both.

Blue Fuji is the most healthy restaurant in the area, we offer organic food to give our customer for a better choice, but with affordable prices. For every order we make, we put up the healthy, fresh, taste and presentation all together. Thank you for giv
Blue Fuji's food was phenomenal. We loved our food. Our only criticism was that the appetizers and entrees were brought at the same time. Service was very good; portions were large, and the atmosphere was very nice. Our dishes included mushroom soup, hot and sour soup, scallion pie, shrimp and vegetable tempura, shrimp and broccoli, spicy green beans and jasmine rice.

Two friends took me to Nijiya for the all you can eat lunch buffet. My friends had dined here before so they knew the drill. Apparently there is a system and you need to know what to do before you place your order. There were several menus on the table, but there were some paper menus for the sushi buffet where you indicate exactly what you want and how many of each. Just make sure you order from the correct menu that is for the all you can eat sushi buffet, if that is what you want. Otherwise you can eat off the separate menu with other offerings. If you don't go with someone who knows the ropes, I would ask how it works first. Believe me, everything was delicious and although I am small and can't eat tons, I thought I could justify the cost. It was all fresh and I can't wait to go back for more Rainbow Maki.Oh and after we had finished our first platter of sushi, we were able to order more. It is better to only order what you think you can eat...this is a buffet and you can't take home leftovers. My friend said that if you leave lots uneaten, you can get charged more. I have no idea if that is true, but there is no point in wasting food. The restaurant has different buffets for lunch and dinner (additional items) and the price of the buffet varies depending upon the day and if it lunch or dinner. Be sure to check their website for the details. We were there on a Wednesday for lunch and the charge was $14.50 each.I am not a sushi expert, but I really enjoyed this little gem. One of my friends is a sushi expert and this is where they took me, so I have to think this is a good choice.
