I'm lucky enough to live in Hue, so visit Shinosushi regularly! I eat here at least twice a month and I've never been disappointed! They have a huge variety of sushi, sashimi, tempura, everything. Its always freshly made, I know this as I'm a picky eater and have a lot of things removed from dishes. Something they have always got right! The staff are helpful, friendly, and have always welcomed us! I managed to persuade a friend that we should eat here (he has had bad memories of sushi) service is friendly and fast great little resturant some of the freshest sushi I've had in a long time and definitely not expensive!
