Husband and I stayed at the Marriott which is practically next door and in walking distance. We are not Sushi eaters and had the Hibachi dinner instead. Steaks were very tender and the presentation nicely done. Service is top notch, very attentive to your needs. Portions were just enough and didn't need to have to bring anything back. Not a noisy place, a very nice atmosphere overall.

We went as 4 adults with 1 toddler between 7-8.The place looks good. Interior is great, designed well. Tables are not too close to each other, which is great. We ordered our food, our waitress was very helpful and answered our questions confidently. We ordered some ramen, Korean food, and another main meal and some rolls and sashimi. Our orders came, the ramen bowls were really big. The service size for the mains were pretty decent. The rolls- they got some of our order wrong and they were, in my opinion, not rolled tight. They offered to change it but we have to wait again so we declined. The error in the order was attributed to the night being busy but then that shouldn't really be an issue. Will I go back to red kimono? Sure.

Popping in for lunch, I was glad to see that they offer Bento, but was disappointed that the selection was void of Beef Teriyaki. I ordered the Chicken and found it 'chewy'.The miso soup was lacking the usual somewhat bold flavor. I also asked the sushi chef about Albacore was told that they do not carry that species. The very first Japanese restaurant I've been to that does not carry that particular fish.I rate this a Pass the next time I am in town.

Neighborhood Chinese restaurant that just remodeled beautifully and added a sushi bar, making it a whole lot better than before.
This place went through a complete renovation a couple years back. Space is contemporary and sleek. Best part is they added a sushi bar! Sushi is delicious and fresh. Some of their specialty rolls are outstanding! So you can get sushi and or traditional Chinese food. Staff never changes - consistent and good. They do an amazing job with take out too - but I think it tastes better there:) We probably eat here once a month.

I stopped in for a quick lunch and was happily surprised. Every thing was so fresh, and delicious. I was most impressed that the sushi rolls had a perfect blend of rice to fish, not too much rice and flavorful fish. Service was wonderful and not overly intrusive. I will go again, and again.

Wife and I where in the area and wanted Japanese. The place has a nice vibe going on being nice but not overly so, there is outdoor seating as well. The service was good but it did fall off a bit having to hunt people down more than I would think but not bad by any means. The food was excellent, no complaints at all there. We would be very happy to return!!!

My wife has wanted to try this place for a long time and we finally ate dinner there. Luckily, we went during restaurant week - appetizer, entree, qand dessert was only $35. I had the shrimp tempura roll appetizer, cioppino for my main, and vanilla creme brulee for dessert. My wife had the ceviche appetizer, mussels & fries main, and chocolate mousse bomb for dessert. All were really good/excellent. The ciopino was as godd as those that I have had in San Francisco. My wife especially loved the mussels. We also had a bottle of wine - very good price on a bottle. The waiter was especially great - there when you need him and very courteous/professional. Great experience and we will return.
