Wang's had some great food, that comes in portions where you don't have to worry about sharing. The drinks were good as well, the service was a little sloppy at times however (forgetting drinks, not bringing waters). Overall a good place to dine in Haverhill

Li's Fine Asian Cuisine & Sushi Bar has sushi, specials, appetizers, seafood and more to the Haverhill, MA area.
The portion sizes are very large. More than enough food in one entree for two guests. But the food is plain, average at best.

While Market Basket marches on, CVS built a large pharmacy with a drive-through and Aubuchon had a major expansion not too long ago, the closure of Building 19 1/6 and the shuttering of several small businesses over the past few years (but the emergence of a SECOND dollar store) has left the Lincoln Plaza feeling a little forlorn. Locals probably share my hope that the slightly delayed opening of Oyummy Asian Bistro signals the beginning of a turning point, and an option to dining in downtown Haverhill, scattered locations in the Bradford section of Haverhill, and the occasional venue on the paved path from Groveland to Georgetown.Upon entering, the décor is simple but tasteful, and despite a very lively bar with reasonably sized TVs, the acoustics are muted, and it's possible to carry on conversations without raising voices. Service was prompt, and drink choices were comprehensive but not overwhelming. The menu is on-line, so readers can come to their own conclusions, but I would say the fare is ~70% Japanese, 20% Chinese-American, and 10% "Southeast Asian" that I would classify as Thai. We went with a little of each (and didn't order anywhere near as many dishes as we were interested in, so our next visit, and there will be a next visit, is likely to feature completely different choices): the gyoza and fried calamari were nicely done if not exceptional, but the pad thai and green curry, especially the green curry, were layered and delicious.Portions were not huge (I usually am stupefied by ridiculously large portions, but grateful to take home a lunch or two) and there was no rice offered, but they have only been open for a few weeks (and were surprisingly busy considering that), so I hope that will be worked in as they settle in.

Yea, this was one of my favorite Asian eateries but the quality is dropping. The sushi was pretty bad, unedible. Not sure this town would know good sushi from bad so I think the fish is not up to their past standards. So many Asian places to eat.....next
