This is a BYOB place, so if you want alcohol be forewarned :)We liked the seaweed salad, good portion and flavor.Actually all the portions were generous and the service was fast and friendly, overall we think this restaurant represents fantastic value. We really enjoyed the delicious triple tartar tower and the very large portions of fresh sashimi. The nami signature roll is spicy but delicious.

For such a tiny, unassuming place tucked into a strip mall, Fuji Ya has very good food. Very large menu with plenty of both cooked and sushi options; even have a few Korean dishes. The gyu don was generously portioned and, while quite tasty, I still prefer the gyu don from Mitsuwa. Staff was friendly and had no problem moving tables to accomodate our large lunch group. Prices are a tad high, but they do have a nice variety of lunch specials to choose from.

Wait staff was very slow and didn't explain me much how this "all you can eat" works. Fortunately I came with a friend who already know what and how to order. Sushi we got were fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the experience . I should come back here.
