Feel welcome when you walk in and enjoy the experience. Extensive menu! Freshly prepared and delicious sashimi or sushi & rolls, bento boxes, teriyaki dishes, soba, soups, etc! Eat a little or a lot! It's up to you and very reasonably priced!

Portlandia: Season 4, Episode 3. The celery episode. Steve Buscemi has to find a way to make celery more appealing. Not sure if he found a job at Dragon Palace, but after three visits...celery is most certainly the forefront of the restaurant. There are several questions that come to mind as youâre eating your meal. Was celery on sale this week? Is celery the new kale? Again, was celery on sale this week?Damn. So much celery. Not only that, but it was only partially cooked. The raw, crunchy celery taste lingers in your mouth as your taste buds desperately try to cling on to the deliciousness of the chow mein or kung pao chicken. Your tastebuds are quickly disappointed because the overwhelming taste of raw celery doesnât go away. Every bite. Every swallow. Itâs there. Overall, the food is good (would be better if Americaâs cheapest veggie wasnât the forefront of EVERY DISH), hot and sour soup is amazing, and the restaurant is beautiful. The staff is super sweet. Theyâre also not afraid to condense your big table if you look like youâre done, to make room for another group. Speaking from experience, I was in the middle of ordering another beer when my party was asked to pile up their plates to free the second table that was pushed together for us. But in reality, the amount of celery in their dishes is a much bigger deal than their rude customer service. Sorry, Buscemi.

Oh Yami.................... how many times did I drive by not noticing you hiding in that little strip mall? How good could strip mall sushi be?? Well I'll tell you, frickin delicious!!I will admit that I am late to the sushi craze but I have been known to throw teriyaki sauce on just about everything. Everything they serve is fresh and beautifully presented. The interior is much nicer than you would expect considering the location. Word must be getting out because there isn't a lot of parking and during busy times it is at a premium.I love the teriyaki and the salad and dressing that comes with it. I am working my way through the sushi selections and so far everything has been very good. Service has been nothing but friendly and quick. We have also done take out and it is ready as soon as we get there.Yami makes me happy.

We enjoy the conveyor belt sushi. The taste is great. The service is friendly. Before the restaurant raised the prices a month ago. The place attracted a ton of kids. The place could get pretty noisy. We also noticed on numerous occasions kids touching the food as it goes around the conveyor belt. This month the place seems quite. They have raised the portions and quality of the salmon sushi. Overall, we are really enjoying the sushi here. Also, we feel the price hike eliminated some of their problems. Great atmosphere and sushi now! Try it out next time your in Gresham!

Been wanting to try this for a while. My son and I ate lunch here and it was worth it. You pick your base (salad, white rice, brown rice or salad ). I chose brown rice. Step 2 you choose 2 sides. I chose spicy crab and raw edamame . Step 3 you choose 2 proteins. I chose spicy tuna and raw salmon. Step 4 you choose sauces. I chose 2 spicy ones but canât remember the names. Step 5 you choose topping. I chose cucumber and pineapple. The small bowl was very filling and satisfying. The place is clean and they are very helpful and patient on how their system works. Definitely coming back!
