My wife and daughter found ourselves here while touring Tennessee and were pleasantly surprised. Their fried green tomatoes are to die for. Server was very attentive and very polite. We ha shrimp and grits with fried green tomatoes and I had the burger special called The George which is topped with fried green tomatoes. My only complaint is that they don't cook burgers to order. They are all well done and that was a turn off. If I could have had it medium rare, they would have gotten 5 stars. We would go back.

Having discovered this restaurant, we bring friends there continually. I get two appetizers. The shrimp tempura and the Gyoza (pot stickers). Then I eat some of my husband’s hitachi shrimp and chicken combination dinner. There is enough to share, regardless of his denial. Besides the food, we love to see the variety of diners! Old, young, families, dating 20 yr olds, workers in overalls, casually dressed seniors (that’s us). They take reservations and will prepare a table for eight. A variety of saki is also available. I don’t do sushi but my friends who do, enjoy it totally.

Hibachi Super Buffet

I usually enjoy a Chinese buffet every now and then. Usually, I load up at the salad bar. I visited Hibachi every few months. Their buffet ranges from bad to mediocre. For this visit, the salad bar was OK. The rest of the buffet was decent but nothing to brag about.
