We just popped in for a drink before dinner at Frontera across the street. I ordered an old fashioned and it was fantastic, and Iâm picky. I asked the bartender why it tasted different and he said they used a brown sugar simple syrup and 2 types of bitters. He was busy but took the time to explain why their drink was different. On another note the restaurant smells wonderful. In addition to sushi the have an open wood fired spit where they grill meat. The next time in Chicago Iâm eating at Roma Amorim.
