We just popped in for a drink before dinner at Frontera across the street. I ordered an old fashioned and it was fantastic, and I’m picky. I asked the bartender why it tasted different and he said they used a brown sugar simple syrup and 2 types of bitters. He was busy but took the time to explain why their drink was different. On another note the restaurant smells wonderful. In addition to sushi the have an open wood fired spit where they grill meat. The next time in Chicago I’m eating at Roma Amorim.

We recently visited as a large group and mostly enjoyed the sushi offerings. By comparison to a lot of other sushi restaurants, I would say that it was average. They seemingly use elevated names for sushi to charge higher prices for basic rolls. Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive.
