Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi
Recently celebrated a friends birthday at Tokyo Bay. The drink menu was creative and the drinks were a good size and very good. Beto, our chef for the evening, was excellent. He was good and entertaining. We all ordered a combination dinner which comes with appetizer, soup, salad and the entree. All were delicious. But, by all means, save room for dessert. We tried fried cheesecake (my favorite), fried bananas with vanilla I ice cream and, of course, birthday cake which was large enough for the six of us.

Took some time off from Maguroâs to test other Naplesâ Sushi places. Found two but in-season or had band music and this means filled tables. Even with a reservation it wasnât a comfortable dinning out expierence. Rotating back to Maguroâs. The Wiggins Pass strip mall their in is open again with no construction barriers. (Another Aldi Foods location here.)Easy parking now as side grassy lot is now a proper white lined parking lot. Enter off Wiggins Pass or thereâs a light on 41 for the mall. Use your GPS. Why should you go here? Well1/2 is a hibachi grill room and I never heard bad things about that. The other 1/2 is a seated bar (with TVs like a sports bar) and booths for its sushi/sashemi bar. If you like Rolls, youâll like Magiroâs. Little rice !! Excelent fresh fish carved up appropriately for supper tasty rolls. To be clear - rolls are a combination of different fishes. They wrapped them in seaweed, cucumber or avocado skin. The garnish on top or the side are an excellent accompaniment. Everything is described in the menu or on their âboardâ Superb plate presentation.

Bonita Springs only Italian Bistro & Sushi Bar
The great thing is that it offers Italian and sushi so there is something for everyone. I had the signature sushi roll which was phenomenal. My husband had a pizza, my father pasta and his wife a different sushi roll. All delicious. I highly recommend.

When you first get there, it feels like most restaurants. However, they made us feel welcome the moment we arrived, sat down, and ordered. I had the Korean tastings selection, and my wife the scallops with the black rice with lobster bisque that she stated was perfectly cooked. I had a shellfish allergy and rather than risk contamination with the cross frying, they substituted a blackened Ahi that was done perfectly and had a nice barre blanc sauce on the side with puddles of wasabi based sauce to mix to your desire. Then I had the short rib that is among the 5 best I've had with Kim-chee mashed potatoes (you read that right!) and Bok-Choy. The mashed with Kim-chee was such a welcome surprise. Finally, we had the flourless Molten lava cake. I'm not normally a fan of this, but this was absolutely the best I've had of these.Again, you will pay for the meal, but you'll be hard-pressed to find anything to not like.Great find!

Komoon Thai Sushi Ceviche opened its Naples location on November 1st, 2011 and its second location in Bonita Springs in July 2013. Owners Saifon Sombun and Paul Adrianzen created the concept of offering a unique selection of the finest foods from Thailand
We loved the variety here and ended up ordering more than we could eat because there was so much we wanted to try! Their Thai rolls were fantastic (and so was the dipping sauce) and the fried tofu appetizer (part of their happy hour specials) was cooked perfectly. I got the green salad with both the ginger and peanut dressings- and both were fantastic! The ginger was smoother than Iâve had other places, with a citrusy note and the peanut was sweet with a little kick at the end. My mom got the pineapple fried rice and although it didnât have much shrimp, she thought the rice itself was delightful! And she had plenty leftover for a later meal.Although the menu looked dressier to us, the vibe is very casual and friendly.
