We had an entertaining dinner here. The service was friendly, making a reservation was easy. And our chef did a good job keeping things moving and everyone entertained. However the food was fairly average, and nothing was done to make it any more than that. Dinner for three adults and one child, with two beers and two glasses of wine was around $140.00. I suppose you are also paying for a show, but I think the food could be taken up a notch. The main courses of our dinners were Steak, Chicken and Scallops and none had any different seasoning to give them something different than anyplace else. We had a nice dinner here, but wouldn't go out of our way to go again.

Stopped in for lunch and compared to other area Chinese restaurants the pricing is approximately 20% higher and for modest portions. Felt like my lunch combo was about saving them $, ketchup based sweet and sour sauce, fried rice âupgradeâ was barren and not worth the $ with only a bit of egg mixed in.

Okada is a great place to experience and enjoy Japanese food. The wait staff is friendly, professional, attentive, and prompt. The Sushi Bar looks great and has an extensive listing of Sushi choices. The menu has a comprehensive offering of Japanese selections that will meet everyone's meal desires. I enjoyed the Hibachi filet and chicken. I started with a small green salad and soup. The meat was prepared to perfection, the fried rice was excellent, and veggies were great. I enjoyed not have to watch the food being prepared in front of me. My plate came from the kitchen, pipping hot with the food placed in an orderly manner on the plate. My daughter also enjoyed her Hibachi Chicken. My wife enjoyed chicken and veggie lettuce wrap entree.

We came here for Sushi and we were not impressed. The quality was reasonable but nothing special. The rolls were a bit loose and the portions were small. The miso was a little tasteless. Service was reasonable. Check for coupons on their web site. Decor was nice. It was Friday night and there was no need to book. The Hibachi looked much more popular.

We stopped here for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There were two other couples in the dining room when we came in. They seem to have a brisk carry-out business. Our waiter gave us menus, and told us when we decided to go up front and place and pay for what we wanted. He left shortly thereafter and went to lunch so no one came to see if we were doing okay or needed anything. I noticed when we were almost finished, a waitress came on duty and took orders from the newest two groups. We ordered two egg rolls (free with a coupon and entree purchase), Pad Thai and Garlic Eggplant with chicken. The Garlic Eggplant is served with white rice; fried rice is available at an extra cost. It could have used more chicken as there was plenty of eggplant. The portions were large. My husband said the Pad Thai was good; rated it a 7 on a scale of 1-10. The Garlic Eggplant was not as spicy as I would have liked but they did provide a hot sauce condiment. We served ourselves glasses of water from their drink area. If you had waitress service, you would have had it brought to your table. The restaurant also serves sushi. On one side of a relatively large menu selection sheet are the Japanese, Chinese and Thai entrees and soups. On the back side is a listing of the various sushi rolls available. The dining area was clean as well as the ladies restroom. I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the above mentioned flaws. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and was named the best Asian Kitchen and Sushi Bar Loudoun restaurant in 2017.

Located in a strip mall next to a Starbucks is not the most interesting location for a restaurant. However Akiri overcomes that obstacle with a pleasant interior, reliable service and most importantly of all, good food. The sushi is always impressed even, especially for the price. You won't be disappointed.

The restaurant got it right. Open a place for social hangouts with nice music, prepare great food and ensure very friendly service, youâll rocket to the top. I visited the place after looking for good sushi in Ashburn. Came up with Passion Fin and another place. I initially drove to the other place but was shocked to see the barren lot on a Saturday night. Mid course gps correction to Passion Fin, voila, success! The place has a dynamic vibe that seems to attract lot of clientele, mostly young. Ordered soup and crunchy shrimp, both were very nice. Price is at par with other places offering Sushi and Thai. They got quite a few Thai items as well, including curry. Next time I am going for sushi, that wonât be too long. Highly recommended.
