This is an indoor food market with a great range of different cuisine. Pizza, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Thai, burgers, Vietnamese, waffles etc. There are multiple bars serving beer, gin, wine etc. Over the course of a few days I tried Mexican, pizza, Chinese, burgers and waffles. On the Saturday there was a second hand clothes market with a good selection. It's definitely worth a visit.

Sweet potato fries with chipotle sauce and their homemade salsa - very tasty side. The homemade salsa is quite spicy, but absolutely delicious. I meant to ask if they sell it to-go but completely forgot. Will have to go back! Burritos (vegetarian) were delicious. Could have been a tad warmer, but otherwise just wonderful. Environment is cozy. Not a ton of seating but very comfortable.

There are things very hard to translate. One of them would be of taste, discovering the taste of a variety of delicious fresh sushi rolls. Another example would be the blissful laid-back environment of Seaweed. We had such a wonderful experience, you were all so kind, acommodating and friendly, that we really felt you brought "hygge" into our lives, inside the atmosphere was very homey. Food was simple, but surprinsingly inventive and very tasty. 30 Kr for such generous and delicious sushi rolls, it is definitely a steal from the culinary gods. I suppose Chef Gusteau must be fuming! :)
