Reviews on Street Food food in Nice, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France. The deep blue waters of the Cote d’Azur are the dramatic backdrop for elegant Nice. Breathe in the fresh Mediterranean air as you stroll the waterfront promenade, or get an eagle eye of the whole city from atop Castle Hill. The pedestrians-only Place Rossetti is the heart of the city, with a grand fountain, vibrant buildings, and the beautiful Sainte-Réparate cathedral giving it a provincial French feel.

My husband and I had lunch here in early September. It was a little hard to find as it sits along one of the many alleyways. There is a tiny counter with four stools and a small table with several seats in the whole place. They were out of lobster, but we had crab rolls which were fantastic...very flavorful, garlicky and lemony!

Fantastic little gem. Stopped in for a quick lunch before a day of adventuring. Owner is lovely, food is equally as good. And so cheap! 2 of the deluxe burgers, fries and drinks for 19 euro. Burgers were excellent, fries and sauces wonderful. Service is genuinely friendly. Ps the 2 reviews that gave 1 star both appear to be fake. Ignore those. This is 5 star considering price point for quality!

Fresh handcrafted "Gourmet" pasta to go or to eat inside. High Quality Coffee shop with all coffee specialities (cappuccino, café latte, Marocchino, iced coffee frappé, italian chocolate). Street food concept.
The Cote D'Azur has plenty of Italian restaurants given it's close proximity Italy, but Illia stands out. It's a tiny little place, but the owner is very friendly (speaks Italian, English, and French) and hand makes his pasta. The bolognese was delicious and not heavy and so reasonably price! We went back the next day because they had sold out of dishes we wanted to try, and we were not disappointed at all! The menu is limited, but the quality is fantastic.
