My dad and I went to dinner here and went with the hibachi grill. It was really good and the portions are huge. The restaurant was super clean and the service was pretty good. We didnât try their sushi but the sushi menu was pretty solid.

I donât know who writes the reviews for yelp and trip advisor, But if they say this restaurant is any good, they are terrible liars! My husband and I wanted something Italian and we looked at the reviews. So we gave it a shot! We hadnât even been seated when a server came over and wanted to know what we wanted for an appetizer. We had no water had not even looked at the menu and wanted a cocktail. By the way there was no one else in the restaurant. A sure sign! We told him we needed some time. He brought the drinks but he was back on that appetizer! Again what did we want? We said we didnât want an appetizer. I looked at the menu and decided on spaghetti Bolognese. But I would like a meatball. This is an Italian restaurant and they do not serve meatballs!! My husband also went with the spaghetti. I did not want a salad and I excused myself and went to the restroom. When I came back my husband looked at me. They had brought his salad with blue cheese dressing and it was rancid! At this point we got up and found the manager. He was useless. He kept giving us excuses, and excuses were not what we wanted to hear. He said that the restaurant does not serve meatballs! An Italian restaurant â no meatballs! The servers need severe training. There are way too many awesome restaurants in this area. Do not go to Johnnyâs Italian steakhouse.Thank you for your feedback and patronage. Brian was the manger on duty and he did call me the evening of your experience. He mentioned you wanted a specific Italian dressing we didnât offer and some Italian meatballs, both of which he didnât know how to accommodate at the time. Iâm sorry for your frustrations. I was pleased he made the effort to call me. I assure he would do anything within his ability to accommodate as well.We love to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests. Iâm sorry we failed you here. We will always prepare things that are not offered on our menu if we have the product available and the guests has the time.I assure you most rave about our service and cuisine. Our business model does not rush our much valued guests out the door. We desire to be very present, but not overbearing. We do encourage our servers to offer appetizers as most people love them. Iâm sorry this frustrated you. I will follow up with the server.I hate to hear you didnât stay to enjoy your meals you ordered. We appreciate you and are very sorry you didnât get the real Johnnyâs Italian Steakhouse experience. If you would like to discuss your experience more in depth, please reach out to me personally.Iâd love to see you enjoy some great service and awesome cuisine. Iâm happy to suggest some of our very popular and highly recommended items. If you have the time I can even personally prepare you some meat balls and special Italian dressing.I hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.Kind Regards,Joe PoyeGeneral [email protected]

To be afive you need it all. Ambiance, value, great food and service. To be s four you have to have the great good and something else. This place had great food. I had sirloin that melted in my mouth. Oh so good. My wife's was done well and still tender. The smashed potato as well as the baked potato were made to perection. The fresh rolls and honey butter just added to the experience. The salad even had eggs as a choice. On the down side. The corn was a zero. Cooked to death. The service was excellent. It was load. But that is yo be expected.Morton's or Huston's it is not. At Morton's the potato would be $20. For the same $20 we got two steak dinners on an early special.

The decor at this Longhorn is just like most others--casual, semi-upscale and western. In this one, everything looked pretty nice meaning the atmosphere of the place is pleasant. Also, the noise level was just fine. We had no trouble hearing each other. The service was very nice but what you should expect in places like this. It was good. The food was also very good. We split a steak salad and the steak was cooked to our order and had a very good flavor although it was a bit chewy but that is typical of sirloin that is not prime. The seasoning on it was very nice. The rest of the salad was typical for chains like this but it had a good taste and there was enough for 2. At about $16, I would say this represents average value. Wine prices were not low but were not outrageously high either. Overall, we had a very satisfying meal here and would definitely return. This was way better value than last night at Bonefish down the street which was grossly overpriced. For a medium priced chain steak house, Long Horn does a pretty good job and this outlet does justice to the chain.

Things we liked: the service, the portion sizes, the decor, the wine.Things we that weren't dissatisfied with, but we felt could have been better especially for the price: the French Onion soup was very salty and there were more mushrooms than onions, the shrimp on my pasta were over cooked.

Jag's Steak & Seafood Provides Restaurant, Steaks, Chops Cuisine, Seafood Cuisine, Outdoor Seating Available, Alcohol Served, Bar Available, Dinner, Family Celebrations And Receptions Services to The West Chester, OH Area.
I have been tempted by reviews of a few restaurants in the few weeks. 4+ stars and amazing reviews. Most of the time disappointed.Jags has the food, service, atmosphere and quality of a premium steak house. I feel it is better than the food and experience I had at a top name and $$ steak house in Cincinnati. The menu is off the charts. The seafood selection is something I would expect in chicago. The appetizers are all so temping.I had a ribeye and it was perfect. Only regret was it was so big I was only able to eat 1/2 my dinner. So downsize what you think you want and expect to eat.The service was first class. The only thing you have to be cautioned about are the menu prices. My steak was $62 and the mushrooms were $9. Plus a salad plus an app......$100 per person with tip. We had a good wine I have at home for $48, I paid $18.0O for it at the wine shop.Itâs a rare first class restaurant
