There was not much to say GOOD about this visit. Salad bar "fixings" not fresh, Steak grainy to mealy in taste. Could understand possibly had it been busy, but this was the middle of the afternoon, it seemed like everyone was more into going home than raking care of business!

The steaks here are everything you would expect - including the prices! Still, it is worth it. Very high-end food and service is impeccable. Great selection of wine with full-service sommelier. Especially if you're staying at the Peppermill, yes, treat yourself to a meal at the Bimini!

Were treated to dinner by our son and daughter-in-law on this special occasion. The restaurant is beautiful and very stylish, the food was fantastic and the service by Karissa and Christina was the most helpful, pleasant and professional we have ever experienced.

The food was delicious and the place was packed! Definitely try the scallops and crabcakes. The steaks were either bone-in filet or no bone and both were amazing. The lobster bisque was delicious but needed to be reheated because they were so busy. Great wine and service. This is definitely one of my favorites when visiting Reno.

We had 1/2 doz oysters on the half shell, bone in ribeye (my wife and I shared) creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes, and the bread basket with fresh made butter were all excellent. Great atmosphere and the service was impeccable. You won't go wrong here.

Amazing service and all around delicious food. The 18 oz New York steak is excellent. All the food is fresh. They serve a Palette cleanser of fresh sorbet with or without champagne. Reservations are highly recommended.
