We had an early dinner and the restaurant was not busy. The server was charismatic and attentive. My wife and I both had the filet with shrimp. Probably a bit too much butter for me with both the steak and the shrimp on the same plate, but it was tasty. The baked potato was good.

American cusine featuring traditional ingredients with a modern touch.Part pup, part swanky lounge. Urban Plum is a melding of cultures, food and cocktails, somewhere in between the comfort of a neighborhood restaurant fused with a âsee and be seenâ loung
Located in the Holiday Inn Secaucus, the bar has a great staff and atmosphere but the food is par at best. Kind of like microwave cooking in college. Tasteless sustenance is the best description. The bar staff are really nice and the drink selection is unlimited, great atmosphere with open fireplaces and waterfalls, but don't eat unless you have to.

While staying in Midtown with our great friends, we wanted to visit a nice steakhouse. Happy we chose Gallagherâs! I consider this an old style steakhouse that caters to the traveler and foodie! From the time you walk in the door to the end, you are treated as though youâve been there many times. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The steaks were excellent and prepared to our liking. The sides are enough to share as are the salads. Again very tasty and well prepared. Prices are comparable to many fine steakhouses in large cities.

WOW!! We walked next door from the hotel hoping to just have something edible and were so glad we did! Outstanding service, food, ambiance, selections, dessert - the entire experience was wonderful!!! Our first "Argentinian food" experience. We took our grand-daughter of 8 yrs old and the server let her practice a little Spanish and smiled when she confused some French words with Spanish. He was so patient and kind when, the native English speaker, practiced and learned a new cultural experience! Even offering her a special bit of "Argentine dessert"!A MUST!!!

We have a vacation home nearby and have celebrated many family events there under prior ownership- havenât been back in a long time= with lobster prime rib specials thought weâd check it out w friends - took forever to get a drink order-had to flag down a waiter - 6:30 on Wednesday only a couple other tables...no bread brought until requested after the entrees arrived- dinner was fine but nothing special - service only if you hunted them down, used to love this place-:( Hi KJDbiz1,Thank you for your review! It gives us an opportunity to make corrections. And we certainly made some Staff changes and brought in some Professionals. We'd like to invite you back. Hopefully you'll give another opportunity to correct the wrong.Best,LSS

The restaurant is owned by brothers John and Tommy Greco along with their longtime friend Christian Tanno. The Greco name should ring a bell: Chef/Restaurateur John oversees the beloved Village eatery Philip Marie (open 18 years) that serves up delicious
Nice friendly restaurant providing very good steaks, the Filet Mignon was superb. The whole experience was good until payment time. Unfortunately the experience was ruined to some extent by a waiter who chose to overcharge an item on the bill &, instead of discreetly apologising & removing the overcharge, took the option to loudly & repeatedly 'argue his case' in front of all the diners. Regretably the Management, who where in earshot, chose to ignore the issue until we asked the waiter to call the Manager to our table - only then did they remove the overcharge from the bill.As stated above - good food but I would suggest that all potential diners keep an eye on their bills. Scoring would have been higher if the overcharge incident had been dealt with properly.

We were seated immediately. Waiter came 10 min later to ask if we needed anything to drink before ordering! Asked for water with Lemmon & my husband asked for a rum & coke strong ! We get our drinks about 20min later ! Iâm not a drinker at all but I tasted my husband drink & it was ice melted so water with coke couldnât taste any rum so with that being said my husband complained & another manager or higher than waiter gave a new drink with top shelf rum this time! It was decent still extreme on watered ice! So now we are here about 25 min still waiting to order or food! We started off with wings for appetizer until our meal would arrive which we placed our order at once as well. We order $30 steaks well done !! (Remember this part) Any other outback 1st thing u get is bread & asked for drinks before viewing menu. This we received bread about 25 min later which I had to ask for & bread was stale! Starting to feel disappointed with service so far. Iâm not one to write reviews but this was so disappointing. So now 40 min my side salad arrives no appetizer yet. About 15 min after the 40 min we been already waiting on, now over 1hr we get our wings. Wings are delicious btw then our dinner arrives like 10 min after wings the $30 steak was 90% all fat rare my husband was so disgusted after cutting steak open showing waiter all the fat & not well cooked my husband was so upset he had his sides as a meal because wings left from appetizer & sweet potato & Mac & cheese I cut open my steak & it was almost same smaller piece I wanted well done NO RED(BLOOD) it was rare with al lot of fat on it as well. I couldnât wait to GTFOT!! Fast enough.! I have eaten here before with no problem but this turned me off so much & scared me I couldnât come to this place over here. Love the restaurant chains but this particular One over here in this side. I this was worst dinner & disappointing ! Costumer should get what they asked for & Paying for!
