Best Chicken Fried Steak in a very fun atmosphere! It was crispy and prepared on site. My hubby had a delicious chopped steak smothered in sautéed onions. The band was terrible. thank you for your comments we really appreciate you feedback

We went here for the lunch special--6.99 lunch special. We each had a 6 oz. tenderloin (mine was well done perfectly, lean, tender, and flavorful), delicious loaded baked potato and fresh green beans. My husband's house salad was pretty boring and unremarkable.The waitressing was a bit overly-attentive (interrupting our conversations often), but friendly. I prefer it when the wait staff is just available, but not too close or intrusive.The restaurant was nearly pitch black coming in from the bright sunshine, but your eyes eventually adjust. Still, if you need a little extra help seeing, you might bring a little flashlight and your glasses!

The food was just average. This restaurant was very dark (as you can see from my photos of the food). They have a policy of cutting off ties if you walk in wearing one. They then post the tie with a note about on the wall near the entrance. The ties were the highlight of the restaurant. There was a dance floor and there's apparently live music sometimes, but that wasn't happening when we were there.
