Cool enviroment! Ribs and burgers a tasty. Great place to watch a game in a not so routine envirment.
I went with my boyfriend and we absolutely loves everything about this place. We received excellent attention and the food was exquisite. We had to wait a while, but it was totally worth it. It's not that expensive and you get served great dishes. I ought for chicken fingers in almost every restaurant for the first time, and I loved these ones, because they had a home-made style and flavor. So if you love great food, excellent attention and admiring nature.. You must visit Paseo Irka.

This wonderful restaurant is around the corner from the La Posada B&B, which recommended it. I went there on a Friday night and business was booming, with good reason. The food is fabulous, and the service is even more fabulous, and friendly to boot. El Costillal serves Honduran dishes, superbly prepared, and an assortment of drinks. The clientele seems to be mostly from the neighborhood, and includes lively people of all ages having a grand old time. It is large and loud, and a good dinner with a beer can be had for about US$10.

Had the chorizo appetizer, onion soup, steak sandwich. All very salty! Only white wine was a Chardonnay, they said, but on the sweet side. Two wines and the above $50. Note that the prices on their website are old and under what they actually charge. Also note that the menu prices do NOT include tax and service which is added on. Another 25%. My meal was very mediocre and expensive I thought for a sandwich and sausage app. Wouldn't return.

My family and I stayed a weekend at this hotel and enjoyed Emery minute. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. There are 2 great restaurants and a newly renovated pool area where the staff will pamper you and offer drinks or food. I had access to the executive lounge where one of the staff members, Henry Valle, was absolutely patient with my kids and the service he provided my family was far and beyond!

This is an excellent steakhouse. I have been visiting this place for the last 25 or so years. It started in a small place near Monumento de la Madre, and 18 years ago it moved into this large converted mansion. There are table inside in AC comfort, and there are tables on the outside. On weekends there is usually a band of some sort playing. They offer national and imported cuts of meat, shrimp and chicken. My favorite cut is the Filet del Portal, which comes in half pound and full pound cut of a thick piece of very tasty meat.

Every time I've been there I've ordered the "Arrecife" which I usually share with my family. It's a mix of seafood and meat and it's delicious. Honestly this meat is so tender and flavorful, it's a treat. Also, they make a special green sauce with the shrimp and it adds a whole other level of taste to the dish. Besides that I always enjoy the salad and buttery bread. Come hungry.
