We've been to the Texas Roadhouse a few times and the service is always excellent and prompt. Their steaks are moist and tender and the prime rib is also very good. For the price vs quality the Texas Roadhouse can't be beat.If you like a good delicious steak, this is the place to go.

BEST steak house in McAllen, Tx , a local favorite restaurant, with a native South American motif that feels more like a vacation getaway, serving the finest steaks, pork chops & seafood backed by an extensive 600+ wine list, a hand crafted cocktail loung
Worth the price! Excellent food, exceptional service and great atmosphere. This is a hidden gem for sure. It higher end but without the upscale dress code. No sandals, hats or beach wear. It would make for a great date or business dinner. Iâll be back.
We were looking forward to a great steak meal..the service was a bit on the rushed side even when the restaurant was not more than 30% full. the ambiance was OK, somewhere between a sportsbar and an upscale cafeteria. The appetizers were very good, spinach salad and turnovers. The meat was cooked properly, the portions were generous but the side dishes were a disaster...soggy oily plantain fritters and fries. The server was rude when we complained about those and even though he offered to bring something else he was not nice about it. The corn on the cobb was served on a broken and stripped wooden skewer! This is rather poor when your main course costs over $32.00!
