If you visit or if you live in Portland this is truly one of the finest of all the City's restaurants. On the eight floor, the restaurant is in located within an atrium and is gorgeous. It's so very elegant at the same time very, very comfortable with intimate nooks here and there. I've never had a better meal - the halibut with risotto and chanterelles - nor better service. While there may be restaurants with a setting, menu, service and ambience just as great, I cannot think of a better one. My only regret is that I did not have dessert. High recommend.

Went on our anniversary. The staff knew in advance and were very congratulatory to us. Our table was ready with rose pedals. It's very very expensive and you should expect top notch quality food. The shrimp w/crab meat was delicious. My husband ordered the rib eye, unfortunately it was sinewed heavily. They apologized and offered us a gift card. We will give them another try. The atmosphere was nice but noisy.

At the gates of the historic Laurelhurst neighborhood and just 3 minutes from downtown, Laurelhurst Market offers a uniquely Portland steakhouse experience. Drawing off our own in-house butcher shop, our seasonal menu focuses on sustainably raised meats h
Went here with coworkers recently for lunch. You order at the counter and then they call your name up. Be aware they arenât very loud when doing so, so you must pay attention. The sandwiches ordered were the pastrami, steak melt, Italian and the turkey and bacon. I would rank them pastrami, Italian, steak melt and turkey bacon last. The reason for that mainly is the bread it is served on. The other were on sub bread or ciabatta and the turkey bacon was traditional sandwich sliced bread, which I donât care for as much. I would also add that a full size sandwich is the way to go for an average person. The half size in my opinion would not be enough, unless I was just not very hungry. We also saw people ordering salads which looked delicious and piled high with meat. Overall this place was a win and we would definitely come back.

Our large tour group had the pleasure of dining at Saylerâs Old Country Kitchen. Generous portions of delicious fried chicken served with baked potato, delicious bread, fresh veggies, and sherbet for dessert. Really appreciated the efficient and friendly service for such a large group.

No better place in Portland for a great steak and glass of wine. My client had to cancel on me so I had to "suffer" with a great filet and a wonderful discussion with the bartender! Love it!Thank you for the review Keith. So glad to hear that you enjoyed your evening with us and hope that you get to "suffer" through another meal with us soon.Cheers,Geoffrey

We celebrated our 21st anniversary with a fantastic dinner and matching view at Portland City Grill. The appetizers were phenomenalâwe could only narrow it to three choices, which we shared. Our entrees were great as well, and we left MORE than satisfied! Even better, though, were the views of Mount Hood from full wall 30th floor windows AND the friendly, attentive service from the staff. Weâd definitely return to Portland City Grill.

We went here for dinner. We got the skirt steak (large size) and carrots. The food was really good, steak was nice and tender, amazing chimichurri, and the carrots were yummy too. My complaint is that it was hot as heck in there! I was sweating the entire time, and we weren't even by the oven. The poor employees, I have no idea how they work in there.

Tasty n Adler is unreal good. We seriously wanted everything on the brunch menu; every dish & description captures imagination and taste buds. We were celebrating our arrival in Portland, and this really was the best first stop. Coffee, cocktails, shared dishes that were super hot . . . but make sure to save the malt & fries for dessert. It was salty, sweet, creamy, cold. Still dreaming about it & we will be back! Would love to try it for dinner too.
