For several years, we visited Trappers and loved the food, service, ambiance. After a management change in 2018, we stayed away for some time. We just tried it and are very happy with the menu changes: Good grills of meat and fish. One recommendation: The management could give guests a gift if the servers' ties didn't dip into the guests' water glasses (!). Otherwise, good dining!

Weâve been dining at Texas Roadhouse since they started in Indiana, where weâre originally from. We also lived in Montana for 5 years, & enjoyed the Billings location. Colorado is a little different; the Parker location can be a âmixed bagâ. Their overall impression needs a little boost.We took a friend out to dinner here last week. Sheâs hosting a close friend from Great Britain soon, & we asked her what she thought after a few minutes: âItâs too noisyâ, she saidâ& she was right, because we could barely hear each other enough to have any conversation.The other issue was the service, which wasnât as friendly from our particular server. We ordered margaritas, & when they arrived, each had a âkickerâ added in. We asked our server what these vials were in our drinks, & she said, âThose are kickersâ, & walked away. We didnât order them, but we paid $2 for 1, & $1 for another. We saw these added to the bill, & let it go because we had a guest.The signature rolls took forever to arrive; in fact, we had to ask our server where the bread was, & then still didnât receive any until after our entrees arrived. The steaks were cooked correctly, & the ribs are wonderful. The sides are very small, especially the green beans, which are exceptionally good, if you grew up eating them flavored by bacon as we did in Indiana.Because of the loud noise level, the perfunctory service, & the padded bill, we wonât be dining at the Parker, CO location again for a good while...it had been several months or perhaps a year or more since the last time. I hope the other locations are not trending as this one...

My grandson recently got married and wanted dinner here. We've been here before, but not recently. There were ten of us including three children. We arrived early and we're seated immediately as it was a Tuesday. They were very quick to get our drink orders and also took our food orders when we were ready. They have an awesome steak menu, which is one reason we like it here. We had fried mushrooms for appetizers and OMG... They are awesome. Our streak orders were also made to our specs and we all enjoyed our dinners. The prices are reasonable and worth it. Check it out, but arrive early if you're going on a weekend.
