Cowboy Joe's is a fairly new Smokehouse BBQ joint. This is the real deal when it comes to smoked meats, the brisket, tri-tip, ribs, and pulled pork are simply amazing.Great rustic decor with tap and bottled beers along with several wines at the bar. If you are wanting great smoked BBQ then this is the place. They also offer some great sides, make sure you try the tater tots, green beans, and the slaw. Cowboy Joe's is by far one of the best smoked BBQ joints in all of the Inland Empire.

Being English and visiting Mavericks was a real eye opener. Weâd been told about the place and so we went along to sample the bar first hand. The locals seem friendly and the staff were great. We found ourselves on what was a karaoke night, there seemed to be no shortage of locals delighting us with their singing and dancing talents.Next time Iâm in Norco, Iâll be back at the bar with or without a horse.Good Job!

Went on a Friday night for a birthday dinner. Wait is usually about 20 minutes at this time. When the buzzer went off on the beeper walked up front and an employee took it and said we would be seated shortly. Saw 3 other families seated first, so I walked up to the check in and they apologized as they somehow skipped over us. No big deal as the person who sat us was very apologetic. Hot break to start is great. Had Filet and rib combo. Steak was very good, but the ribs are amazing fall off the bone ribs. They have good choice of sides too. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend the ribs.
