My husband and I decided to splurge and eat at The Keg. We ordered the filet mignon and my husband also had lobster tails which he asked if garlic could be added to the butter. When the food finally came, the steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. However the rice and lobster tails and veggies were stone cold. The butter had no garlic. The waiter took all the food back except the steak and we waited....and waited. 20 minutes later after the steak was gone the rest of the food arrived. By this time our appetite was gone and we were totally disappointed in the experience. They deducted the amount for the lobster tails from our bill. We left after paying $150 for a meal we didn't enjoy. Shame on you Keg! You can do better. We won't be returning for a long time.

Our name means âhouse of charcoalâ but we define âthe future of traditionâ. Casa Carbone is a unique new dining concept based on the Old Country traditions. On open-fire charcoal wood oven/grill and using the freshest of ingredients, Casa Carbone offers s
This is a really good Italian restaurant. Itâs got a real trendy vibe to it with a varied and unique menu. The service is good and the food is delicious. For appetizers I had some fried calamari that were prepared exceptionally well, with some olives and a nice dipping sauce. There were many options on the menu but I decided to just have a simple bowl of cavatelli in a perfectly seasoned tomato sauce. The cavatelli were done al dente and hit the mark. It was my first time coming here and I intend to come back for sure, this is a gem of a restaurant.

My wife and I arrived at 6:20PM on a Saturday night, were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait and were given the usual pager. After sitting and waiting over an hour I approached the reception desk located immediately next to where we had been sitting, and were told they looked for us but couldn't find us so our pager must not be working. We were given the next available table and explained our frustration to our server who said she would mention it to the manager. The manager came and told us the real problem was that they wrote down the wrong pager number so they could not page us and no longer call names out. Why the young ladies at the reception desk did not think to check with us/call our name is likely due to the fact that they were mostly interested in their discussions with each other. The manager said she would make sure we were well taken care of in view of thier mistake and that she would check with us later (she never did return). We ordered the classic sirloin and classic new york striploin steak dinners. Service was definitely on the slow side likely due to the fact that it was a very busy Saturday night. My wife liked her sirloin steak although it seemed very small. My steak barely had any indication that it had seen the grill. Her steak was well seared on the outside and med-rare inside so was fine. My steak was pale on the outside, med-rare inside and extremely tough, stringy and tasteless. I guess they don't bother seasoning steaks or use well aged beef here anymore ? After quite a long wait for our meals I was not prepared to wait for another steak to be prepared so decided not to complain. I can make a much better steak at home thank you. This visit was to celebrate our anniversary and we were looking forward to a good steak meal. So disappointing. Sitting in the waiting area for over an hour and witnessing so many people coming and going but dressed like bums in sloppy jeans, sweatshirts and camo jackets we decided this is no longer on our list of places to go for special occasion dinners. We used to think this place was nice enough but the last two times have been disappointing. The noise level is extremely high in the dining area - particularly on weekends when they don't take reservations and they churn so many diners through that there is a constant stream of staff and customers going by our table. Even though the manager saw fit to reduce our total bill we still ended up paying almost $120 for a meal we did not enjoy.
