Lunch visit, weekday. My burger was undercooked, not to order. They took it to throw back on grill. okay...10 minutes later, ??? no return of burger, female manager comes by, says will ck on it. She Never returns nor brings Mayo I asked for. Waiter apologizes again, now about 15 minutes later. Still no food!Lunch partner finishing up meal by this point. I ask a passerby waiter ( mine no where around) to pls get me the manager. A gentleman now comes by ( manager) and after re-explaining how I did not get my meal to order Nor did female front manager even return, ( very poor handling by her) he proactively gets me a replacement meal.. ( which he ultimately comped, thank you) which I get to go, since partner is long done ( steak meal, he said was good). The ONLY reason 2 stars, instead of None/1 was because the male manager took care of the entire food debacle. Very Poor service by wait staff and female manager overall. Waiter should have been checking in addition to manager. They totally dropped the ball. Was told by waiter..procedure is, When meat is not served as ordered, manager would come by( she did) and she then serves it to be sure it was corrected. Only, She not only Never did that, she never even stopped to see if I ever got Any food served :(Meal mistakes happen, but How an establishment trains/handles the glitches, impacts the guests end result. In the end, (my car eaten) burger was tasty, but definitely would have preferred civilly eating it with my partner, at a table, as ordered.

This place got such rave reviews for their tues and thurs prime rib night ($19.95 for table side cut prime rib) that includes a salad too so the chief and I decided to try it. We got there around 6pm and were delighted to know that if youâre there before 6:30 all the menu items were also 30% off. What a deal! The chief had the prime rib which she loved, and I had the ribeye which netted to $23 and included the salad too. Our waiter was ok, but we had to ask for black pepper, more water and to clear our plates. My steak was good and the wine list was nice. We had a Malbec which the chiefs likes. When the bill came, they didnât take the 30% off and then said are you sure you were here before 6:30? Ridiculous as our server told us several times how lucky we were to be there before 6:30. All four had steak. My bride will only eat well done and hers was perfect. Bravo to the chef for that accomplishment. Of course all three of the other steaks were perfect as well. We each had a salad course prior to our main course and they were fantastic. Our server was very attentive and helped us with the wine selection. No room for dessert but donât miss this restaurant if you get to Naples Florida.Thank you so much for celebrating with us and your wonderful feedback. It is so great to hear, in detail, about your experience with so many of our different selections. We take great pride in the both the taste and presentation of all of our food. To start, Charred gets no points for ambiance. You'll find it in a strip center and enter through a butcher shop, although it's like no other butcher shop we have ever seen, and the restaurant itself is all Edgar Allen Poe....dark and dreary. However, the aromas tell you you are in the right place for great chops and aromas don't lie! Charred is the restaurant portion of Jimmy D's, the #1 butcher shop according to the awards on the wall, in Naples. The menu boasts a $79, 32 ounce tomahawk steak and a $42 wagyu burger! On the night we visited, they were offering a price fixe $46 menu including an appetizer, salad or soup and an entree and we couldn't pass up the value. We chose a house salad with walnuts in a blueberry (yes, blueberry) sweet dressing. It was unique and delicious. Next came appetizers....a grilled octopus over some kind of grain, maybe couscous, and an amazing Alaskan King Crab crabcake. Never had one before and probably will never have one again. We usually avoid crabcakes when we travel because we come form the the home of REAL Chesapeake Bay Crabcakes but this one tasted like home. The best was yet to come. Our first entree was a shell steak (the outer part of the cut) grilled to perfection served with fresh veggies and a grilled thick cut pork chop topped with a delicious glaze served with the absolute best Brussels sprouts we have ever eaten. Our side order potatoes au gratin were cheesy, almost too cheesy. The wine list is impressive along with a number of wines by the glass, including a super Tuscan by the glass. Service was curt and not especially attentive.

After reading reviews on celebration dinners, I decided to change from another place on Fifth Ave to here. It was NOT a mistake. They had rose petals on the table, complimentary Champagne toast and probably would've made dessert memorable had we indulged. I had a sushi roll and the Grouper special, both were perfect. I can't even believe another restaurant would've made half the attempt Ocean Prime did to make our evening so memorable. Service was top notch as was the food and company! How people have reported having bad service or food here is not even believable! Thanks Ocean Prime!!

This was my first visit to the Capital Grille in Naples, however have been to some of their other out of state locations. On arrival, Our group was taken to a booth (our preference) and we immediately noticed the festive decorations and card. We were given a celebratory glass of champagne and toasted to the occasion as our Server, Orlando, kindly took a photo of our group ( which he later printed out and gave each of us a copy). We started with Cosmos....which were made perfectly, not necessarily a common occurrence in Naples, so kudos to the Bartender! We were not rushed to order, thus had ample time to catch up with one another uninterrupted. We settled on the lobster bisque, salads, and the filet mignon......the best steak I have had here amongst the many Naples restaurants claiming to be steak houses. After our main meal, Orlando presented us with a lovely Birthday dessert, as well as a long stemmed rose for each of us. It was a perfect luncheon with perfect service, and I will definitely return!

Invited 8 friends from NJ to this restaurant Friday evening. To say the least it was beyond amazing food, service and the view is spectacular. NJ and NY people are hard to please (lol) HOWEVER, they talked about T-MIchael's all weekend long..... I thank the establishment Ty and Robert - Kevin the bar tender and our 2 waiters for an amazing and memorable evening, one of my guests is a meat rep in NY and was completely blown away with the quality of the steaks and food - I highly recommend this restaurant Lori and Larry Kruk

We loved the restaurant recommendation and we have received superb service (as expected in a Ritz-Carlton) hotel restaurant.Food quality was also very high, however it did not much the price paid.We had similar good quality of food at different prices in Naples.If at RC Naples then for sure recommended.
