Lahaina Grille is the BEST restaurant on Maui if youâre looking for a classy establishment offering a culinary feast. Iâve been visiting the island for 50 years and know it well. I make our reservations weeks in advance and this visit we were surprised to find ourselves seated at the Chefâs table. What a treat! The special that night had us all talking about it for days afterwards. Another superb dinner had by all!

Ruthâs Chris is always consistent. It is always a good meal..the servers go over the top to make sure your dining experience is memorable. Aged steaks or lobster are their specialty..one canât say enough good things about this restaurant. Itâs pricy. Be prepared to spend 50 - 100 dollars per person. Itâs money well spent if you enjoy great beef and being spoiled by caring servers.

We had high hopes given our very positive experience at Ferraro, across the swimming pool at the 4 Seasons. This was a disappointment. Beginning with the waiter who kept recommending the most expensive items on the list (blatant upsell), the overall experience was just average. I had the Triple Play Seafood which was about 2/3 good-- the lobster was dry and tasteless. The boys had a burger and the chicken and reported they were fine, but not exceptional. All of this would be ok except this ended up being the most expensive meal we had all week. $650 for party of 5.
