This restaurant has great drinks, appetizers, main course meal selections, desserts and above all, great service! Six of us went as a family since we were visiting Nashville for a conference. Every one of us loved the meals we got. We all ordered something different so you can’t go wrong! We recommended it to another couple and they sent me a text saying they loved it too! We will be back.Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so glad you had a great experience with us and that everyone enjoyed their meal! We look forward to you dining with us again soon!

What a fabulous experience. Ambience was perfect from background music to lighting, to comfort of the seating. Service was wonderful. The server was at the table every time we needed something but was never intrusive. Always very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The New York Strip was cooked to perfection and the flavor was marvelous. So naturally flavorful. The side salad was full of flavor and tasty and the vinaigrette dressing was just a lovely flavor. Presentation of the meals was simple and yet above most other steakhouses. Others in our group had steaks as well. The filet and the bone in ribeye and they had the others saying how fabulous they were too. Creamed Spinach was another of the favorites. I will tell you it is a wonderful place to take those that you love for a special occasion. We were happy with every aspect of the experience here at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill.

This restaurant is a nice place. The setting is elegant, and the food is really good. It's a little expensive, but all steak houses these days are. They have an exceptional wine list. Our waiter was able to make recommendations that suited our tastes and budget. Their menu choices are extensive and are quality meats and fish. I had fried jumbo shrimp (and they were BIG), and my wife had trout that was filleted and skinned. Both were excellent. The location is very convenient for entertainment venues; we were going to a concert at the symphony hall, and it is blocks away from Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Amphitheater, not to mention 4 blocks south of Lower Broadway (the Nashville Strip). Highly recommend. I doubt you will be disappointed. Thank you for dining with us and for your excellent feedback! We sincerely appreciate your business and that we were able to accommodate your pre-concert meal. We are fortunate to be so centrally located near all of Nashville's major downtown attractions, our complimentary valet for diners is also convenient for that worry free night out!

This is our 'go to' restaurant for special occasions and does not disappoint. We always get the Popcorn Buttered Lobster and Tuna appetizers because they're amazing and this time we also tried the Fete de la Mer which was great. Most people would probably stop there but not us as we then moved to salads and had the Caesar and Iceberg Wedge. The Worcestershire reduction served around the Caesar and the bleu-green goddess on the Wedge really set off these salads. We also had the Himalayan Salt cooked Wagyu steak special, the Surf n'Turf special and Verlasso Salmon. The Wagyu was cooked table-side and was fork tender. The Salmon was amazing as well. And since we couldn't stop at that point had several desserts. We were never rushed and everything was spaced out and served at exactly the right time. Rachel our server for the evening was excellent and accommodated everyone's needs.

Sperry's Restaurant

We recently went to Sperry's for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. I've been wanting to try this place for years - now I see what I've been missing. I had the King Cut prime rib and it was delicious, the best I've ever had. My wife had the Steak Frites and she said it was one of the best (if not the best) steaks SHE ever had. The waiter was helpful, but not overbearing. Several staff members of the restaurant came by to check on us and made us feel very welcome. It's true the atmosphere is a little loud, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment or ability to carry on a conversation. This is definitely a place we will be visiting again.Hi there! Thank you so much for this 5 star review. Thank you for enjoying your anniversary celebration with us. We're so glad to hear your king cut prime rib was delicious and the steak frites were the best you've ever had! To have you as our guest is an honor we do not take lightly and we're thrilled to know the service you received was superior. We appreciate your kind words about Sperry's and we look forward to your next visit! - Chesney

Having read the positive reviews about The Standard we decided to book the restaurant while we were in Nashville. Often reviews can be misleading but I have to say not so for this restaurant which really did live up to expectations. From the moment we arrived we were greeted outside the restaurant and then introduced to Billy as we entered. The restaurant is divided into individual rooms so there are never huge numbers in each room which is nice and makes it feel more special. From a food point of view we had calamari and shrimp and grits (very low country fare) followed by NY strip steak. The steak was perfectly cooked and it was one of 2 of the best steaks we had on our 3 week trip to the US. We loved the restaurant and will certainly return on our next Nashville visit.

When we first arrived we were told that our table was not ready yet-but were told we could get a drink in the lounge. There just happen to be 3 seats at the bar so we decided to cancel our reservations in the restaurant and sit at the bar. Best decision ever! The upfront seat to 2 amazing musicians was so incredible. Our bartender/wait staff were outstanding as well. Our filets were so tasty and grilled to perfection. The scallops over brussel sprouts and cauliflower were so tasty with the maple glaze. Just outstanding!! I cannot say enough great things about the meal we had this past weekend. I will definitely be back!!
