Went in for a quick bite, so we had some Raciones...The squid was lovely. The patatas bravas just a plate of under fried potatoes with masses of slightly spicy mayonnaise dolloped on top... Far too much. Chorizo was ok, but massively over seasoned.

After 3 years of visiting Noja, we finally tried this restaurant located just below our apartment. Friendly staff and good food, with just enough frills to make it stand above your average "dish of the day" menu. The place has great views of the beach and the sea below, and has a grill where they cook the meat (everyone knows grilled food tastes better!). The main problem is that the daily menu is the same everyday, so you can't actually go there more than twice or three times a week unless you are ready to spend more money ordering from the general menu. All in all, a good find.

Restaurante Carlos III

Reviewed By Evoqueen

A restaurant I want to go back to because if I remember it several months hence it must have been good. It was 90 Euros for a huge seatplatter for two with a starter and an afters and a bottle of wine, coffee and even a chupito. The seafood was of the finest quality. The interior décor was also of interest. It looked like a large conservatory but with ambient lighting.

Asador Cueva de las Brujas

Every summer we treat ourselves here, at least 2-3x for dinner or lunch during our holidays.God, a pitcher of Sangria and a kilo of Chuleton here, and we are the happiest people in Cantabria. Not talking about the Croquetas de Bacalo or desserts, this is another review apart! yum yum.Service can be slow sometimes, but the boys are not many and they do their best while serving a huge number of diners. Worth a visit, and another and another...Be aware, if you eat too much, you might not be able to walk up the steep hill back to the parking lot - been there done that ;)
