If you want a really great steak in a lovely setting, with excellent staff, good wine list, reasonable Salad bar, then try this little gem in Ijmuiden, Amsterdam. We really enjoyed our meal, the garlic butter and dip served complimentary with lovely fresh bread on arrival is so moorish, you really have to stop yourself to save room for the meal. Highly recommend the restaurant. If you love garlic sauce, this is a must

Voor sommige zal dit restaurant niet nieuw zijn voor mij was dit de eerste keer, Het interieur was gezellig en smaakvol ingericht je kon de keuken in kijken wat een huiselijk gevoel gaf.De bediening was meer dan voortreffelijk. bestelde vooraf een rundercarpaccio van de Hollandse dikbil met Grana Padara kaas en een truffeldressing.Als hoofdgerecht Sate van Beemsterlandse varkenshaas met vers gebakken kroepoek en een pittige mais atjar, gebakken pinda's en Javaanse pindasaus.Deze gerechten waren heerlijk, maar de menu kaart voorzag nog vele heerlijke gerechten. Reserveren is gewenst al kun je wel eens geluk hebben als je op de gok gaat. En je kunt er pas na 17.00 uur terecht van Woensdag tot Zondag. Na afloop van ons maal kwam de kok nog even een praatje maken of het heeft gesmaakt nou meneer de Kok complimenten een hele dikke duim.

What makes this restaurant excellent is the consistency in customer service, quality of food and overall value you get. I have been to the restaurant many times and I have brought many of my customers and visiting colleagues from overseas. All of them have been impressed. So yes, I have no hesitation recommending this restaurant to anyone who loves a good steak dinner, good wine selection, and professional yet warm customer service.
