For my son's 18th birthday, my family visited the Steak and Lobster branch at Heathrow. We had a wonderful time as all our needs were catered for. The atmosphere was relaxed and nice. Special thanks to Henry, Alice and Traite (not sure about the spelling - sorry), who went out of their way to ensure that my younger son, who has multiple allergies (dairy, egg and nuts), could enjoy a meal as everyone else. He was even offered unlimited salad in addition to the unlimited fries. Our steaks and lobsters were cooked to perfection and tasted really delicious. To end the evening Henry and his team surprised the birthday boy with a complimentary dessert board which was a nice touch. The restaurant deco is made very petty and friendly staff.We different menu for an Asian restaurant very modernised.The food was delicious and tasty the size of the chips were very small you only got around 12-13 chips for your order.The starters were great.They had an amazing range of different drinks. My favourite was the Sahara Mint crush Mocktail.The only downsize was the price it was way to expensive.

It was time for our (bi-)monthly catch up, so we ventured to Steakout for its reputation of burgers and steaks. They had a little offer of a main with a special side for a tenner, so I opted for the Juicy Lucy and chips - beef patty/burger with cheese in the centre - and BBQ wings. The burger was surprisingly quite nice, as it was easy to bite through and chewed nicely. The chips were average, but the wings were honestly awful. I had one and there was more sauce than actual meat - which itself didnât taste of much. Itâs halal friendly; the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the establishment has good hygiene. If I were to return, it might have to be to another outlet to assess its consistency or quality. Staff: 9/10. Environment: it can be quite cramped and the musics volume fluctuates. 5/10. Hygiene: 6/10. Food: 6/10. Cost: 7/10.

Ate here one evening while staying in the hotel above. Rapidly seated in a clean and well kept restaurant. Order taking quickly and food arrived in a good amount of time.
