Bestie and I drove to Granbury for lunch followed by shopping the square. Great food - we had the two for twenty lunch special and both ordered shrimp, green beans and onion rings. The shrimp were grilled and on skewers, small but delicious and plentiful! The green beans were ok - nothing special and the onion rings were fabulous! Tiffany our waitress was adorable and gave us great service. We will return.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Eighteen Ninety Grille. I had the shrimp and grits with shredded crab added. My wife had the duck breast. Both dishes were outstanding. The only problem was that had to leave some on the plate. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered turtle cheesecake to go. Again outstanding. When in Granbury or for a special occasion go to the Eighteen Ninety Grill.

As one of Granbury's newest attractions, the Silver Saddle Saloon brings back the old west flair with period costumes and bar scene. Their ice cream varieties are extensive with some interesting local flavors. Kids are welcome for the ice cream parlor, the upstairs reserved for bar patrons. TVs play for those interested. Plenty of free parking available. If you're strolling The Square in Granbury, this is a great place to kick back for a dessert or drink.
