A nice restaurant in the back of the casino, but the smell of smoke still drifts in. It's too bad, because in every other respect it is a reasonably good restaurant. The food was good, the service was attentive, and the prices were reasonable, but if you don't want that smell of smoke while you dine, you should find somewhere else to go. If they could somehow close the restaurant in with a door or something like that, it would be a vast improvement.

Again the food was good, but because of an individual in the kitchen who seemed to have an issue with getting food out in a timely manner it became a bit of an embarrassment. We had taken a friend, who had actually originally recommended the place to us. It a full 30 minutes after my wife and were served before her meal came out, with little apology. We will certainly check what is happening in town before another visit, or do a late lunch like our first time was.

60 miles north of Elko, Nevada at Wildhorse Reservoir is a run down looking little bar. Inside the atmosphere is rustic and simple, but most important...clean. The menu options are limited and mostly typical bar/brew pub fair. Richard is a trained chef and his simple menu items reflect the love he has for good quality food that is reasonably priced. If you are looking for an awesome burger or steak, make the drive, have a cocktail and enjoy a great dinner!
