Downtown Denver is home of the signature restaurant, ELWAYS. This elegant restaurant portrays an ambiance for a special night out enjoying prime steaks and freshly caught seafood.
This was a fantastic restaurant, top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed my 8oz filet and I would recommend it to anyone.

Ruth's Chris Steak House specializes in serving aged USDA Prime steaks, broiled in a trademark 1800-degree oven and served on a plate heated to 500 degrees to ensure the steak stays "sizzling" hot. To experience fine dining at its best ⦠Just follow the s
We always try and visit a Ruth's Chris on our roadtrips and were rather disappointed with the whole experience at this branch of the chain. The restaurant did not feel special as we had found at other Ruth's, there were people in shorts and t-shirts and very rowdy tables, not at all relaxing. Also the steaks were rather average and my medium filet was overcooked and slightly tough. We felt that this branch lets the others down.Thank you for your honest comments. We are sorry to hear that you had a less than favorable experience. Your feedback is very important to us and essential for our growth, not only at this location but also as a brand. We would like to speak with you further and do what we can to make things right. If this is of interest to you, please email your contact information, including a phone number, to [email protected]. Thank you!

One of my favorite steak houses in Denver. Old fashioned place to eat steaks. Good service and great food.Ate here with a group, our server was friendly, funny and helpful.I had the Bone-in rib-eye and it was excellent. The asparagus was tasty, crisp and fresh. Will definitely be eating here again on my next trip to Denver. Fun times.

G&G was highly recommended by family that live in Denver so I ventured there with a colleague. We took a last minute reservation at 9:30 PM on a Thursday night (that's all they had).We arrived at 9:25 PM (thanks google timeline) and they said it would be a few minutes until our table would be ready. We did enjoy ourselves at the bar but they didn't get us until after 10PM.I have traveled to Denver numerous times and have eaten at many of the fine dining establishments. G&G is at the very top of the $$$$ scale in Denver and is a challenging value proposition. See below. The food was outstanding. The salad portions are large and both were delicious. We had a Cesar and a Greek(ish)? salad. We shared a 22 oz ribeye and each had a 6 oz lobster tail, they were both great. Mushrooms and the Nudi were standout sides. We had 2 desserts as well: both excellent. The service was where this place struggled. They initially tried seating us along the kitchen in an area that was deserted so we asked for a booth where there were still people dining. They obliged. However after that no one came to see us, offer us water, wine or a drink for about 10 minutes.Once we did meet our waiter he said he would bring bread and get the somm for me. The sparkling never came, nor the bread, nor the somm. When he came back another 10 minutes later he wondered if the somm had taken our wine order to which I said no, nor did we have water or bread. It was close to 10:30.Ultimately we never saw the somm and we ordered a bottle of wine that was on the somm recommended section (I beleive a Sonoma County Pinot). While he was taking our food order the bread and water showed up. Salads came out pretty quickly, but then there was a long lull before steak/lobster/sides. It was like it was never fired because there was easily a 30 minute period we never saw our waiter with no explanation. The runner who brought them didn't ask if we needed anything else (horseradish) and we didn't see our waiter for another 10 minutes. I have a feeling he was on break or a meal period, but no one came to say he/she would be taking care of us.A different waiter took our dessert order and finally we saw our main guy. At about 11:30 the restaurant was really in tear down mode...especially the section we would have been sat in. When the desserts showed up 15 minutes later (maybe 11:45 PM) there were about 5 tables still with people but the staff was obviously done for the night and really made us feel rushed (even though we were waiting on them). We left at 12:15 AM and were the last people out, but not really by choice.,I also don't remember any manager checking on us.Like I said, the food was great but the service not polished. At over $400 for two people they are at the high end of Denver and really show blow you away with service (or at least make you not notice the issues).I would come back but I guess try to eat earlier or be a little more demanding while dining.

EDGE, the signature restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Denver led by Executive Chef Simon Purvis, offers an extensive wine selection and menu highlighting Colorado-ranched beef and locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy signature dishes such as Free-Range Bould
This is an excellent, expensive restaurant. They have a prix-fixe pre-theater dinner which is a good value. Menu is imaginative. The steaks are as good as any we have had anywhere. Service is tops. Cocktails are well made. Wine list is expensive but very high-end. I would say there are no âvalueâ wines. A mistake but solved by spending money. The two cautions:1. The room is very loud. No soundproofing. Because it is loud (we were there on a Saturday night), everyone seemed to yell to communicate with table mates. Makes things worse. 2. We had a table by the big windows. We had an excellent view of a number of members of Denverâs large homeless community. While Denverâs leaders are eager to make glib foreign policy pronouncements, they have demonstrated zero ability to humanely solve the extensive homelessness problem. Bottom line: donât sit near the windows.

Come see why steak lovers are on a mile-high high in Denver. As the Zagat Guide praised, youâll find âawesome steaks served by the pros are the order of the dayâ at The Capital Grille. Weâre centrally located in historic Larimer Square, just a few blocksâ
We loved EVERYTHING about The Capital Grille. The decor is elegant yet comfortable, the service professional and gracious, the location terrific....but the food!!! Three of us had dinner the night we arrived in Denver. The butternut squash soup was delicious, as was the shrimp cocktail. Two of us had absolutely fabulous steaks with probably the best mashed potatoes I've ever eaten in in my life. Our friend was a vegetarian, but the waiter made some excellent menu suggestions and he was very happy. The after dinner cappuccinos were just perfect. We couldn't have enjoyed a better evening. In fact, we loved this place so much we returned from Boulder a little early so we could have lunch before our flight. I had perfectly cooked salmon and can't wait to go back. This place is a true culinary treasure.
