The service was excellent. Our server did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious. I like the rustic western theme, and that theme runs throughout the restaurant. The music was a bit too loud making it hard to carry on a conversation without asking our friends to repeat themselves. All in all, Longhorn is my favorite steakhouse.

We encountered none of the negatives others have noted. I got the Portobello Sandwich which was absolutely cooked to perfection and so delicious. The kettle chips that came with it were awesome.My wife had the Alfredo with Shrimp. She could not even close to eat that huge meal, so we took the leftovers back to our motel for a late nite snack.Our friends both had steaks which were highly praised. With the baked potato and other sides, they could not even close to finish their's as well. More take Home boxes.Service was exceptional.Based on our experience, we highly recommend this Steak House.

On Thursday Oct 25th three of us ate in the bar area and the floor was so slick my wife fell and hurt her ankle. Mgr was quick to put mat down on slick spot, but not so much attention to my wife. My meal was incorrect and over cooked badly. Would have thought maybe a little special attention. We have chickens, and with our left over boxes they will eat well tonight. We should have left when we asked if we could taste their Soup of the Day and the server came back and told us we could not try it because it was âpre portioned outâ. I think everything was made ahead of time. The food came out dry, luke warm and shoved on plates. The server was barely around to offer much help. The help in the kitchen did not wear gloves and had long hair hanging down. We wonât return. We're sorry to hear this. Please give us a call at 1-844-6LOGANS, so we can follow up with your concerns.
