Centrally located this restaurant offers the normal Argintinian fare: meat in all forms, watered down interpretations of Italian classics and potatoes in all forms and degrees of cholesterol aiding creamy sauces. One good exception is the salad bar . Service passable and the wine list a good average.

This is a very good , typical Argentinian steakhouse in the style of gaucho rest stops of the past. Wooden booths, a long wooden bar with zillions of bottles behind on display. Great atmosphere, well appointed. The bife chorizo and rump steak were huge, melt-in-your-mouth, lettuce salad and tomato onion salad were fresh and crisp. The bread basket with a variety of buns and breadsticks came with herbed cream cheese. A good Malbec and attentive service rounded out our evening.The reason I do not give 5 stars ... It was a bit overpriced. But Cariló is an upscale resort and in some restos prices reflect that.

La Colorada es una parrilla de ruta situada estratégicamente frente a la entrada de Cariló.Ordenamos Mollejas, empanadas, medio asado y medio vacÃo acompañado con papas fritas y de postre un flan casero. Todo fue de muy buena calidad y estuvo muy bien servido. Pagamos ARS 400 por persona incluyendo vino.Super recomendable, volveremos.
