Our entire family Loves this restaurant. They are nice from being greeted at the door till we leave. Detail to service is great. Food is EXCELLENT. Have never had a bad entree ever. Little more money but WELL worth it. The steaks are outrageous. Its very intimate place. Have been traveling for awhile but when we GET home we usually stop in to enjoy a great dinner.

Our group ordered one 12 oz and one 20 oz steak, they both came out the same exact size and we were charged different prices. Open face turkey sandwich was just cold cut meat turkey. The Manhattan clam chowder was too salty to eat. No appys and 4 beers later and we had a $125 bill not including tip. Waste of money!

Flames features an all you can eat experience including hot savory traditional Brazilian dishes, plus a signature Gourmet Salad Bar, followed by a large variety of tasteful cuts of beef, chicken, pork & lamb, served table side to your liking.
My family gathered here for my birthday celebration and we all had a wonderful, wild time. So much food, starting with, "out of this world" cold and hot salad bars, featuring freshly prepared items you will not find anywhere else (i.e. hearts of palm). The roving gauchos were incredibly attentive and solicitous to every individual in our 7-person party and even brought a huge bowl of field greens to our lone vegetarian at no charge. The gauchos work hard to offer the cuts, level of "doneness", and type of meat we wanted, and seemingly had everyone's preferences committed to memory in just a few minutes. Flames is a BYOB, so be sure to bring red wine to add to their signature sangria mixture of fresh fruit. Since we were celebrating, the restaurant staff provided an invigorating and rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday To You" in a lively Portuguese chorus replete with tambourines, hand clapping and dancing. A memorable evening was had by all!
