Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Went here for a birthday with a party of 8. The service was excellent, with the waiter explaining how the restaurant works. There is a soup/salad/appetizer bar which is self-serve. It was extensive, with not only the usual salads, but also charcuterie samples, cheeses, hot au gratin potatoes and lobster bisque. The bisques was good, though I have had better. After returning to your table, a parade of servers come to offer a variety of different roasted meats carved at the table to your specifications. Most of the meats were very good, (the leg of lamb and flank steak were great. The garlic roast was gristly, and the parmesan crusted pork loin was kind of dry, but the others were very good). They will continue to come until you have had enough, at which point you turn your table token over to signal you are finished. During the meal servings of roasted plantains in a cinnamon coating and very good mashed potatoes where brought to the table as palate cleansers. There is a full bar, a bit on the expensive side. Desserts are also offered, with a good variety of offerings, which were quite good. While it was crowded when we arrived on a Sunday evening, we stayed until closing enjoying our meal and conversation, without being rushed. It was a dining experience which we found was worth the somewhat steep price for a special occasion.

Traveling alone, I ventured into this upscale location to enjoy âbar eatsâ and cocktails. What a pleasant surprise in both the selection of appetizers, as well was drink specials (the black cherry old fashion was amazing!). The bartender (Sarah) was very nice and attentive ans made for a most enjoyable visit.
Our meals (Steaks) were cooked perfectly but our server wasn't very attentive, we waited longer than usual to complete our meal. Her name is Jessica P. and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and next time we go there I will not accept service in her section. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment especially being a brand new restaurant.

Stopped in here with my husband for dinner. We decided we didn't want hibachi, but just sushi, so we were seated in a booth in the dining room. Cindy came over quickly to take our orders. We had a seaweed salad, spicy seafood salad, red dragon roll, Fujiyama roll and Tokyo roll. The Tokyo roll was ok, nothing special, but my husband loved the Fujiyama roll. We've been here quite a few times. I kind of feel lately their food has been inconsistent. We'll probably be back, but not any time soon.

Been going to cabin club for years . Known for there great steaks, they never disappoint . Love sitting at the bar for a martini and then entertain friends or family for a wonderful dinner. One of the better restaurants in Cleveland .

Based on family recommendations, we dined with friends to celebrate their engagement. Jillian, an affable and attentive server, was trained well. Loved the warm, patriotic barn decor. Beyond that, oh, boy. My husband's trilogy steak (ribeye, filet and strip) was ordered medium rate, yet served very rare. Same issue with my Du Boeuf 5 oz medallions. Chilly is what I would say the center was. OK. This happens. The DuBoeuf sauce was far too salty, and I can take salt. The drinks- I could barely taste the vodka in my vodka and tonic, not to mention the lack of kick in martinis. What happened? Was it an all together off night? For a nearly $500 bill in a upper middle class SUBURB nonetheless, where is the excellence?
